Hong Kong will punish everyone who doesn't do their homework
Before going to Hong Kong, it's better to do a little research. Otherwise, it's easy to get lost during city walks in Hong Kong, especially in the hot weather. If you can't find the places you want to visit, it can be very frustrating . I've put together a city walk guide for those planning to visit Hong Kong, feel free to refer to it ✔️
🗓Itinerary:
Most people only have half a day left when they first arrive in Hong Kong. You can start from—Mong Kok—Yau Ma Tei—Tsim Sha Tsui—Victoria Harbour
✅Second day: Central—Sai Ying Pun—Kennedy Town—then you can take the sunset bus or the Star Ferry
✅Third day: McDonald's Road city walk—Peak Tram—buy some souvenirs to take home~
Check-in spots:
📸Photo spots: Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower, it's a historic landmark!
✅Central: At the observation deck of the IFC building, you can take beautiful skyline photos. Mid-Levels Escalator: The photo spot is on the escalator, where you can capture some interesting moments.
✅The Peak: 📸The photo spot is at the observation deck of The Peak, be sure to take some beautiful night photos here.
✅Mong Kok: Goldfish Street, Flower Market Road, and Argyle Street are all pretty good. The sunset on Argyle Street has a great vibe.
✅Yau Ma Tei: TVB filming location👮♂️
✅Victoria Harbour: The atmosphere is great from dusk to sunset.
✅Kennedy Town: Basketball court🏀 classic overhead shot, use a telephoto or 5x lens, % Arabica coffee shop☕ entrance, be careful of the traffic🚗
✅Sunset 🌇 bus or Star Ferry: Recommended to go in the evening, the upper deck is better for photos and has a better view.
🍽Food recommendations:
London Restaurant, Wong Wong Supreme Roast Goose Ice Room, Hing Kee Restaurant, Kai Kai Dessert are all very good. Claypot rice, tea restaurants, beef offal, and wonton noodles are also good.
Souvenirs: I bought the Hong Kong Quartet and butterfly pastries, which my friends love. They are crispy and perfect for breakfast with milk or afternoon tea. The packaging is also very beautiful.
Currency exchange: Exchange Hong Kong dollars when you get off the high-speed train🚄, or exchange in advance at the bank💰. Some places require cash, so it's more convenient to exchange in advance.
I hope this City walk 🚶♂️ route will make your trip to Hong Kong enjoyable, satisfying, and full of beautiful photos and wonderful memories with unique souvenirs! Remember to take lots of 📸photos and show them off on social media!
