| Lesser-known sea view restaurant! 20r for the whole Indian Ocean. During my time in Uluwatu, I didn't go to any popular attractions or restaurants, or even beach clubs. My daily routine: sleep in, find a restaurant for lunch and chill until 2 or 3 pm, then head to a lesser-known beach to sunbathe.
💙Charming Beach Resto
I really like this sea view restaurant I found this time, with an average price of 20r for a stunning sea view! It's located under a cliff, and you have to walk a bit to get there, but it has a breathtaking sea view, a beautiful lesser-known beach, and the whole Indian Ocean! 🌊 Trust me, anyone who comes here will be amazed by the view in front of them. The endless Indian Ocean is right in front of me, with a clear sky and a pure blue sea, so beautiful~💓 The most beautiful sea I've seen in Bali is really in Uluwatu! When you open the map, you'll find yourself at the southernmost tip of Bali, so close to Australia, the world is so beautiful 🥹
🚶 The road down to the restaurant is really beautiful! No need to go to the popular cliff road, there's a similar one here haha~ It's not tiring to walk and take pictures along the way, with a cliff road view! Indonesian fried noodles and fried rice are about 20r, 🥥 coconuts are about 10r, the prices are not expensive, there are not many choices, but the taste is good. 🏖️ The beach below has clear water and white sand, with very few people, very niche! You can dive, surf, kayak...
💫 Some Tips
1. The beach and restaurant are in the same area, Pantai Gunung Payung, locals charge at the entrance above, 10k/person for tickets, 2k for motorcycles, even if you only go to the restaurant and not the beach. They started to trick me into saying 20k, but my Japanese friend told me 10k, anyway, they will trick as many as they can, so observe more.
2. You can choose to take a shuttle bus to the restaurant beach, it seems to be 15k/person, or you can walk down for about 10 minutes, it's not difficult, it will be a bit tiring to come up, but the scenery is beautiful.
3. The restaurant staff is really chill, maybe because there are few people? If there is no one in the lobby, be proactive and get the menu to order, otherwise, you will wait.
4. The restaurant itself is average, just sit in the first row of the sea view, the sea view in front of you is unbeatable.
