"Draw a sheep and get a sheep" hot pot, mutton hot pot is a must in winter!
🍲 I checked out New Jingxi Beijing Hot Pot and came across their "Draw a Sheep and Get a Sheep" hot pot event. Doesn't my drawing of a sheep fit the theme perfectly? This old Beijing copper pot hot pot not only inherits authentic culture, but also incorporates modern elements and innovative concepts. The decor is unique, spacious, and comfortable.
💃 As soon as I entered, I caught a lively performance show, including Mongolian ethnic dance, fancy bartending, horsehead fiddle with throat singing, and Peking opera-style pas de deux. I felt the charm of culture, and the hot pot atmosphere was full. The large round table and small hot pot are perfect for family or friends gatherings. Watching the performance while eating hot pot, with the steam rising, is a lot of fun.
🥢 The copper pot used in the store is a handmade filigree enamel copper pot inherited from the Qianlong period, with exquisite craftsmanship. The unique chrysanthemum pot has a clear and fresh broth with a faint chrysanthemum fragrance, a must-try signature dish. The dipping sauces are very distinctive, including the classic versatile sesame sauce, the shallot sauce for mutton, the kelp sauce for beef, and the slightly sweet and umami spicy sauce, offering a variety of ways to eat.
🥩 New Jingxi Beijing Hot Pot selects high-quality meats, such as grass-fed sheep from East Ujimqin supplied directly by the original herders, and Xilingol grass-fed lamb for 180 days, which is tender and juicy. The over one-meter-long high-calcium mutton is impressive. The freshly cut Xilingol grain-fed lamb shoulder has a delicate texture, and can be eaten after a few seconds in the pot. The Australian grain-fed beef chuck has even fat distribution and a rich taste, perfectly blending with the chrysanthemum pot's fragrance.
🥬 The hand-torn large fresh tripe is crispy and delicious after being dipped seven times. The fresh prawns are even peeled for you, which is very considerate. Various vegetables, original mushrooms, and freshly fried old Beijing sugar oil cakes are fragrant, sweet, and crispy. Sesame seed cakes with pickles are also delicious specialties.
🍲 A stove of smoke and fire outside the Forbidden City, where all five senses are immersed. What are you waiting for? Hot pot is a must in winter!
