Just back from an unforgettable Shanghai trip! Strolled down the bustling Nanjing Road, then took in the stunning skyline at The Bund. Explored the elegant Wukang Mansion and artsy Tianzifang. #chinatrip One of my favorite places to visit in Shanghai, it is just so picturesque! Nice little shops, well decorated alleys, great snacks around and so perfect for taking pictures! Pretty from the outside but not much to see inside. It's mostly shops with repeating themes like the rabbit milk candy. Found a cool shop with really cute pins though. You can just take a few pictures and leave, and definitely skippable.

After having a full cup of coffee, it was time to go for a walk to digest at “Tian Zi Fang”, a shopping area where the shops are located in alleys. There are souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, Chinese tea shops, and traditional dessert shops. The building still preserves its old style very well. Tianzifang田子坊 Taking small walk during the day in one of the most historical places in Shanghai. So many tiny cute stores galleries, coffeshops and bars. It's very colorful and bright with greeneries hugging old buildings. What I really like about small shops in Shanghai is the super cute entrance design with main display facing consumers at the doors where you can see the most adorable and beautiful products such as perfume, chocolate, tea, souvenirs etc. Every store has its own style and never repetitive. Imagine you are in Shanghai. It is Saturday evening, you don’t know where to hang out with your friends, I just have a word: Tianzifang! This street is very popular in Shanghai to have many bars, restaurants and shops. The historic buildings are still maintained and most of the place is filled with art galleries. Even though this is one of the main tourist spots in Shanghai and has lot of crowd all through out the day but its still kept well clean and maintained, even the smaller streets around this area. 🤩 Moreover, the shops here are really nice and you can find typical souvenirs with a bit more local flair. 🎈 Location: TianziFang, Shanghai TianziFang is a super nice area to stroll in. There are multiple shops with postcards, accessories, paintings, clothes, little craft shops and snacks kiosks. Also there are various restaurants, where you can have a bite. In the middle of the street, around one of the corners there are stairs that lead upstairs, follow the stairs and you will find a way to the roof. It's perfect for taking the photos and just chilling there looking at the buildings . Also I really liked ome of the shops with earrings there, can't recall the name now, but it was very small and nice. 🎈How to get there: Subway line 9, DaPuQiao station or taxi.

You can always find your favourite brand of beverages and alcohol in one the stylish boutique drinking holes. Tian Zifang was originally a small alley in Xuhui District. After being transformed here a few years ago, it has become a well-known landmark in Shanghai. Many young people like to visit here. Many of the shops here are particularly fun. Especially the Big White Rabbit Toffee Shop. There are especially many people who buy it.

📍Shanghai I always come to Tianzifang everytime i visit Shanghai. I always like the vibes there. The lights especially. Tianzifang’s architecture is so unique. It is basically inside an alley and there’s an alley inside an alley. So many bars, western restaurant, snacks, unique beverages, souvenirs shops. If you don't like Nanluoguxiang, you don't have to come to Tianzifang. There will be fewer people coming in the morning, and more than 10 stores are basically open. If you just want to stroll around, 1 hour is enough. From Tianzifang, you can walk to Xintiandi and Sinan Road. Many people visit Tianzifang when they go to Shanghai, right? I also went to Tianzifang Street to buy some souvenirs, and it was really great! There was even a store that specializes in selling the famous rabbit candy from Shanghai! Additionally, China has well-developed bike lanes, so many people ride bicycles around! With plenty of trees, it was a great street to ride a bike around! If you're looking to buy souvenirs or cute trinkets, I highly recommend visiting!
