This place is very comfortable to hang out with friends. the food and beverage menu is varied and reasonably priced. the facilities are also complete, there are toilets and prayer rooms. the place is clean and spacious to enjoy. many tenants are sold outside such as bread, ice cream etc. many photo spots that are certainly instagramable. if it's a good afternoon, you can enjoy it while chilling and chatting casually.

Just wandering through Kalasan with the Yamaha Grand Filano and I found a cute new coffee shop, stop by for a moment. The name of the place is Selo Coffee, which is located on Jalan Raya Selomartani, if you are coming from Tajem and want to go to Prambanan via Dalem, definitely pass by this coffee shop. From the road it is eye-catching with its fresh appearance filled with green trees. The concept is industrial rustic which makes you feel at home for a long time while enjoying the atmosphere. So, if you're in the Kalasan area or your house is close to here, you can schedule it here! It doesn't really matter if you use Filano, apart from being comfortable to drive it's also economical! Not to mention that it looks stylish and remains functional with a super large trunk, carrying anything is easy!

The atmosphere is very calm, equipped with lots of seating areas that are spaced apart so that if you are telling stories or discussing, it doesn't seem like you will disturb each other. Apart from the place, another interesting thing about this place is the menu. They highlight local flavors (spices) combined with coffee and other unique drinks. Actually, we've noticed this place for quite some time because we often pass by Jalan Pandean Sari (passing the Concat - Jackal terminal) where this place is located. It just happened to be passing by and we decided to stop by. When you arrive at the front yard, you feel like you're visiting or playing at a friend's house because the vibe of @ethiopiacoffeeandspace is really homey. We love the front outdoor area with some shady trees, vines and a gentle breeze. Apart from that, there is also an indoor area which is more suitable for assignments. This coffee shop has a large area that extends to the back. From the front it is very visible with its iconic arrow sign. Honestly, even though a concept like this has probably been seen a lot, @Ivl.up_space has a really cool atmosphere, especially in the late afternoon and evening. I really feel at home with this new coffee shop in Pogung! The name of the place is @kakilangitcoffee.lite. Yesterday was a coincidence We came in the afternoon and seriously had afternoon coffee outside really fun! The vibe is homey, like hanging out in front of the house. At first I thought it would be hot but it turned out to be cool with a gentle breeze that often passed by. Apart from that, the indoor area is also comfortable, there is SMOKING AC, and it is very comfortable, yesterday everyone was working indoors because it was comfortable and cool. I was so delighted when I visited Jogja recently and had a chance to stop by this place called Fungkydak. The concept is really unique and something I've never encountered in other cities. Here they sell Chicken Waffles. The place itself has a unique American Diner concept. The indoor seating area is quite spacious, although the outdoor area is not as extensive. This is a must-visit place if you're in Jogja, starting from the ambiance to the quality of the products, it's really great! Chicken Waffles cost 50k. The portion is really large and can actually be shared. You get two waffles and 2 pieces of chicken, and you can mix the flavors like Nashville and Buttermilk, just as I did. The waffles are delicious and soft I recommend trying the Nashville Chicken because the seasoning is flavorful without being too spicy. I wasn't as fond of the Buttermilk one. Overall, it's really delicious Apple Tea Soda costs 15k. It's really delicious I've never had a drink like this before. Dkonkrit, located in DTA Square Seturan, could be a choice because it has a rooftop with a spacious view, a calm atmosphere, and it's not far from the city. Overall, Dkonkrit has 3 floors with different seating options that can cater to your needs. On the first floor, facing the bar, you can focus on studying with several ergonomic tables and chairs. Moving up to the second floor, it's almost the same, and when we visited, there was an event that could accommodate quite a number of people. If you're planning an event, Dkonkrit is very open to that! Lastly, there's the serene rooftop on the third floor where you can enjoy coffee while contemplating the view. This coffee shop has long been a sight every time we pass by the Manukan area, Condong Catur, and some time ago, we stopped by to tackle some unfinished work and finish it here. After entering, we found a room or working space with glass windows in several corners that are perfect for taking a break from screens and watching the passing vehicles. The indoor space with cold AC, several tables with ergonomic chairs, and a calm atmosphere. What's even more exciting is that there's no minimum purchase for those who want to study or work in this room! Additionally, the semi-outdoor area at the back with a spacious skate bowl, dance floor, and a large stage for entertainment is perfect for young people who want to hang out and chill here. Not only that, but there's also a semi-indoor second floor with a comfortable atmosphere for studying or just relaxing. As for the menu, we think it's great and worth a try. We searched on maps and finally decided to head to Awor Coffee Kaliurang. It was my first time visiting, and I found out that it's a bit off the main road, located precisely on Jalan Besi Jaya. If you're used to avoiding the traffic lights at the Besi intersection from the north, you'll be familiar with this road. The slightly secluded location creates a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for enjoying coffee or working. I was quite surprised to see it almost full in the morning, especially the semi-outdoor area where everyone was busy with their gadgets. It seems like Awor Coffee Kaliurang has become a favorite spot for some residents of Jakal atas, especially with the Happy Awor promotion offering a 50% discount on the Black & White menu category from 8:00 to 11:00 (which is really great). GIMBO COFFEE ROASETERY | DRINK COFFEE ON THE EDGE OF THE FIELDS

Enjoying a serene coffee experience in a tranquil village atmosphere at gimbocoffeeroastery. It was worth traveling 13 km from the center of Yogyakarta, heading towards Sleman, accompanied by views of Mount Merapi appearing at various points along the way. Unfortunately, at that time, the rice fields right next to Gimbo had not yet blossomed. However, this did not diminish the serene coffee experience at Gimbo, which has long been involved in the coffee business, highlighting South Sumatra coffee. Not only are Semendo coffee beans featured at the bar, but also Ranau beans—a lake tourism area in South Sumatra. Since it was still early, I ordered a warm filter coffee with Ranau coffee beans—specifically Ranau Pokat Gn. Rayo—which had a light and pleasant texture to sip slowly. If I’m not mistaken, Gimbo also offers milk coffee and snacks. Impressively, as I saw on their IG account, throughout the month of Ramadan, Gimbo holds public iftar sessions complete with main courses and takjil.

We wanted to catch a movie at Empire XXI Cinema Yogyakarta, however there’s nothing interesting worth the watch. So, we hangout at the Starbucks next to Empire XXI Cinema. The distance from the Starbucks to our hotel, The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta is just 15 min away. We decided to take a slow walk back to the hotel. What a surprise! Mount Merapi unveiled itself.

Our first visit to Yogyakarta. We didn’t book any hotel prior to our travel. We just love the experience of exploring and the surprises in visiting a country. During our transit in Jakarta, we discovered The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta thru trip.com, so we decided to book the hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived at The Manohara Hotel, we learned that we can view the Mount Merapi from our room. A bit disappointed at first because Mount Merapi was blocked by the clouds. Since the hotel is located to near to places of interest, we decided to extend our stay and to discover Yogyakarta more. It was only the last day of our extended stay that the Mount Merapi unveiled itself. The sky was clear. It was love at first sight! #thingstodo We went here as part of the Jeep Tour to Mount Merapi. The scenery here is extremely beautiful. It comes in a package when you take the jeep to Gunung Merapi. There are quite a number of photo spots. The facilities available are very complete; there are a spacious parking area, bathroom, prayer room and food stall Do go to the House of Memory where the section of the park exhibits the real remaining house that was destroyed by the eruption a few years back then. The House of Memory wall is grey from the volcanic ashes.

The weather in Indonesia became quiet hot for this past month, so, i recommended you to go to Tempo Gelato. Located in Yogyakarta, this one is very famous among Yogyakartans people. I recommend you to go with motorcycle or bicycle since the parking lot is really full, because so many people went there. They have a lot of flavor, in the photo, i ordered the mocha one, Lotus Biscoff (taste like cinnamon), and the classic vanilla. The price starts from 35k where we can get 3 flavor (the one that i ordered). Their gelato ice cream have a thick texture but really soft once you eat it. You need to go from 5pm onwards to enjoy the scenery. The views of the mountains are mesmerizing. The area is cozy, well-maintained, clean and truly uplifting. You can find nice cafe, live band, dance performances and there are about 30 photo spots to take instagrammable shots. Entrance fee is Rp25k and extra charges if you wanna take the swing. I recommend spending some time at this beautiful place.
