The staff was very welcoming and the vibe of Greece, blue and white interior was very nice. The food was delicious. All the dishes were so good and big portion. The price is reasonable. We ordered the Greek salad, Sea bass fillet, Grill chicken steak, Chicken yellow rice. In which, Grill chicken steak with the pita bread is a must try, we even order extra pita bread to eat with the chicken steak, it was soooooo good! I had a great time here with my family. Every of their outlet seems to differ in decor, so if you want to see this particular interior - do visit the Blu Kouzina Siglap outlet. Very minimalistic, island-vibes ambience, decorated rattan accessories around, it really gave a great additional vibe to their great Mediterranean food. Especially if you head during the day, the natural light streaming in really gives off holiday beach vibes. It feels being transported to Greece in a blink! One of the best Greek restaurant in the heart of London by the name of Bacchanalia. Location: Mount Street Lunch for two: Around 100 pounds Highlights was the main dishes and also the superb services from the staff. Super friendly and lively. Nomad Bear bar and restaurant is location on Naxos island, at Plaka Beach. This is a beautiful spot for the day, you can pre book sunbeds, this has to be done at least the day before as you can’t get sunbeds on the day. They have a great menu for lunch and cocktails. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. The bus stops very close to the restaurant and to get back on the bus it is not far either. I went for the day and just had lunch and a few cocktails sat on the day sofas in the restaurant and it was so relaxed. Wine tasting in Paros! Moraitis Winery is located just a 10 minute walk from Naoussa village. They are open from 12:00-20:00, Mondays to Saturdays and offer wine tasting with lunch or a cosy dinner. I visited alone and was clueless as to how the wine tasting would work. So here’s a little insider: 🍷Basically you can choose from a list of options as soon as you get there. You can choose either: red, white and rosé 2 whites and a rosé 3 whites etc, they have great options. Because I am not a fan of red I chose two whites and a rosé and this cost me just €10! I got to try three half glasses of wine, with a small platter of cheese and tomato for one. When they bring the wine over they tell you some information about the wine and also give you a leaflet with the information that you can can keep. I highly recommend this as an activity if you’re visiting Paros, it’s great for solo travellers, groups and family’s. The Greek island Sikinos is one of the smaller Greek Cyclades islands. You can either go for the day from Ios island or you can stay a night or two like me. The island is very small, only has a few shops and restaurants on it but it’s beautiful and almost like it’s own retreat from the other more party islands. You can grab a bus around the island which is around €1.60 per ride and can take you to all the great spots. Let me introduce you one of the cutest spots in Anafiotika, Klepsidra😍 One day, I was walking around in Plaka and Anafiotika and I found this beautiful cafe - restaurant 😍😊 It is very close to Acropolis, so after a visit there you can have a cold homemade lemonade😍 You should also try their desserts, like cheesecake, ekmek etc😍 For a lunch , the menu has various of traditional food like pastitsio, mousaka, bolognaise etc! Hello Musae is a greek restaurant with a variety of dishes, drinks and desserts. They also have a kid’s menu which was perfect for my friend’s son. The food was yummy. My favourite was the pita bread with the tzatziki dip which is a typical Greek sauce made of Greek yogurt, cucumber & oregano. The salad was fresh and light. My baked potato pot was quite filling. I tried my friend’s shredded chicken. it was also tasty. I ordered this dragon fruit, blueberry fizzy drink which was quite interesting. Tianya Bay has this beautiful little Greek village by the coast where you can find many cafes, shops and restaurants. Moussaka is a Greek restaurant by the coast with a view on the sea and a direct access to the beach from the restaurant. The food menu isn’t extensive, but the food was delish! We went there twice for dinner during our stay in Sanya! I ordered the baked seafood rice, the black olive and avocado salad, vanilla butter baked bread and a non-alcoholic mojito! One night we also ordered a bottle of wine. They have a few variety to choose from in the fridge near the bar. My friends also loved their dishes. My Greek friend approves the moussaka, which is a typical Greek dish 😁👍🏼 The decor and exterior are meant to give you those Santorini holiday vibes. Amazing place to visit on a Saturday night recommended by a local I met. We arrived to a beautiful table with excellent service right near the musicians who performed live music. We had an amazing time and the food was fresh and real Greek taverna dishes which I never heard of before. We tried a pickled fish dish starter and swordfish main with green veg which was cooked to perfection my friends went for stuffed chicken and Greek salad which they enjoyed. This is near the port area it is called To Προξενείο pronounced proksenio it is off the beaten track from usual Athens places the vibe was fantastic I loved Greek songs we felt like we were part of the family. I joined in dancing they had lots of plate smashing during the show. Absolutely my favorite place in Athens. The food and value is amazing!! I passed by the restaurant and looked at the menu out of curiosity and couldn't resist stopping there to try 2 of their dishes. I was left absolutely speechless by the amazing flavours of both dishes. The chicken was like loukoumi sitting on a bed of kataifi and the kokoras was just perfect. It was also a nice touch to be offered a glass of tsipouro at the beginning of the meal. Not to forget the very friendly service and relaxed atmosphere.
