Experience 4 seasons in 1 day ⛰️九寨沟 🏞️
Finally put my foot down and decided to try solo travelling while visiting one of the world’s most beautiful UNESCO site. While planning, I realised there was not much itineraries around in English. So here’s my itinerary:
Day 1
1040H: 🛬Landed in Chengdu Tianfu Airport
1303-1330H: 🚝Took the train from Tianfu Airport to Chengdu East Station (approx 30mins)
1444-1654H: 🚝Bullet Train from Chengdu East Station to HuanglongJiuzhai station (approx 2h)
1700H: 🚕Took a 10mins cab to a hotel located near Chengdu East station
1800H: 🥘Dropped baggage at hotel before having dinner at a nearby restaurant 10mins car ride away
Day 2
0900H: 🚕 Took a 10mins cab back to HuanglongJiuzhaigou station to catch the 2hour shuttle to JiuZhai attraction entrance
1130H: 📍Arrived at JiuZhaiGou attraction entrance (10mins walk), checked in at hotel to drop off lugguage before catching a quick lunch and heading towards the attraction.
1230H: ⛰️ Follow the signs and head towards the attraction where you will scan your ticket and board a bus which will bring you to the attraction route while giving a tour in Chinese. (Note: Sit on the left side of the bus to get a better views of the scenery while on the bus. Last entry to attraction is at 1400H)
1830H: 🏞️ JiuZhaiGou closes at 1830H, so do ensure that you catch the last bus to leave the place.
1900H: Dinner and head back to accommodation
Day 3
0609H: 🚏Head towards the bus gathering point and catch the earliest bus back to Huanglongjiuzhai station (approx 2h ride)
0904-1045H: 🚝 Bullet train back to Chengdu East station (approx 2h)
This was the itinerary I came up with as a solo traveller. An alternative to the itinerary would be to travel to the attraction area on day 1 such that you will be able to spend a full day at JiuZhaiGou or head back directly to Chengdu with the latest bullet train. Do book your train tickets two week in advance to secure a seat. Note that it’s currently non-peak period for jiuzhaigou so tickets are half price :) what are you waiting for? Hurry book your tickets and marvel at the beautiful scenery.

A very beautiful new Zealand 🇳🇿
#newzealandtrip
It feels so good to be free and comfortable.
I didn't find it until I came to New Zealand
There is heaven on earth.
I also know that life can be so easy. We are all busy pursuing a lifetime. Life should be like this.
It is a beautiful day for us to get along with nature.
Sit in the lakeside of the town to bask in the sun in the afternoon.
At sunset, we went to the ranch to chase the road and get along with the deer for a friendly time.
Go to the top of the mountain in the evening to see this quiet and beautiful town and snow mountains and lakes
Take a walk along the lakeside on a rainy day
Blowing the cool sea breeze in summer, all this is so beautiful and plain, which is the scene I imagined in my dream.
lo must-visit niche places in the South Island of New Zealand
1 Christchurch | Akarova Shamara Alpaca Farm
The farm is 1.5 hours away from Christchurch, in the seaside French-style town of Akarova.
2 Lake Tikapo
It's so beautiful! The milky blue lake matches the snowy mountains in the distance
3 Lake Pukaki
Tiffany Blue Lake, pushes MounCook Alpine Salmon Store
Omarama hot tub
Lake Tikapo is worth experiencing on the way to Queenstown.
Hiking in Wanaka
The summary of Anchao Mingfu is thrown from the left lake juice to you.
Day13-14: West Coast (Greymouth)
Day15: Kaikura (whaling)
Day16: Auckland
Find a lakeside in New Zealand. There are many RV camps by the lake.
Everyone parked the car by the window of the lake facing the snowy mountain.
Open the trunk and lie in bed, read a book and see the snowy mountains and lakes. The whole mood is good.
You don't have to go to any destination here. Just walk around the lake slowly. If you are tired, you can find a bench under the tree to rest.
Seagulls are circling around.
Isn't that full sense of life my dream life?
I hope to have a chance to come to New Zealand to live in the small town of Wanaka for a period of
time.

Starbucks in Kitano is a cozy spot with a nice ambiance. It is the first Starbucks in Japan to be inside a heritage property. The coffee is consistently good, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It is not the usual building but with a mixture or European and Japanese architecture. Had everything matcha and it did not disappoint.
We sat outdoors as the street view was really nice. There is nothing special about Starbucks outlets in general but sometimes some can have a fine ambience. Having coffee and cakes while enjoying sitting near the window can enjoy the beautiful street view and admire the interior design of the building is the best way to enjoy life during holidays. Best Sunset that took my breath away at Boracay Beach!
#bestsunset #100waysoftravel #boracay
I stood on the powdery sands of Boracay, the sun beginning its descent across the horizon. The sky transformed into a breathtaking canvas of vibrant oranges and deep blues, reflecting off the calm sea. In the foreground, a surfing boat gently bobbed on the water, silhouetted against the glowing sky. The scene felt surreal, as if time had paused to let me savor this perfect moment—a stunning reminder of nature's beauty and the tranquility of the island.
The best time to visit Boracay is from late November to early May. During this period, you'll enjoy dry weather, calm seas, and vibrant sunsets. Peak tourist season is from December to April, when the island is livelier, but if you prefer a quieter experience, visiting in late November or early May can be ideal.

Exploring the Guangzhou city🗼🌇🏙️

#100waysoftravel #guangzhou #china #beautiful
Never thought that Guangzhou is that advanced until I physically stand in the land!! Skyscrapers and beautiful building are everywhere in the city centre including the Tianhe district, Haixinsha area and so on.
If you ever think of visiting to China, Guangzhou is one of the top place that I would suggest to you other than Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou!!
Swimming With Waves In The Caves 🌊
Keri Caves is one of the most beautiful places to visit! Crystal clear waters, clear enough to see the colourful fish beneath you. Perfect place to do snorkelling or scuba diving, I had an amazing time trying to spot all the different types fish. 🐠
Breathtaking views over the beautiful blue sea and stunning sunsets make this a wonderful experience that will stay with you. I 100% would like to visit the keri caves again it was honestly breathtaking. 🌅
In order to visit the caves you have to go by boat but there are plenty of organised trips from nearby towns. You are also allowed to rent a boat without a licence. Some of the caves are big enough to allow a boat to enter. In others you can swim from the entrance to the inside. 🚤
If you are visiting Zakynthos I would highly recommend spending your day/evening visiting here. One of my favourite memories by far!

travel With me Melody May Gorgeous Decor
Initially, I was a bit reluctant to try ngon. Because now I have over dozen trips to saigon under my belt. Vast food experience. And vietnam in general is a place where your dollar can stretch a long way. So, it doesn't make much sense for me to pay for some restaurants interior, couple of pictures etc.
But then came a few occasions like i got invited or even this time my friends decided to go there so I tagged along. It's a beautiful restaurant. This place has a great atmosphere with semi-private tables and great decor. There are semi-private rooms that are open to other dining rooms within the restaurant. There are upstairs dining rooms if you prefer. The decor is kinda European, Asian, and middle eastern all mixed in.
You will see lots of bright colors and a variety of furniture are decorated in the restaurant. There are lots of plants and a pond on the first floor. I do wish it could be air conditioned as fans don't work for every ocassion and it can get humid. In terms of taste and pricing. The experience can be improved if prices were reduced or taste was worked upon. I say this from the experience of eating at too many Vietnamese restaurants.

The beach is less crowded compared to other Asian destinations, providing a peaceful retreat. Local seafood is fresh and delicious, and charming beachfront accommodations range from budget-friendly to luxury resorts, making Ngwe Saung a serene escape for all types of travelers.

Beautiful
This is an absolutely amazing restaurant. I can't tell you how pretty it looks during the dinner time. I would call it high end vietnamese food with lovely presentations. The pricing may not be so amusing. The already expensive prices are further worsened by 5+10 percent taxes. Knowing that helps. So with that behind us.
The food is quite good. I am not sure if it has been adjusted to tourist tastes. I mean they all tasted good to me. But lot of the dishes I tried were new. It's very likeable and the staff are wonderful. They are well trained and very friendly. Overall, with the prices in mind this can be a great place for special ocassions. I would definitely visit it at least once during every holiday.

Lovely Balinese ristorante
This is a slightly fancy place and so it is priced accordingly. While you will be eating indonesian but i would say it's a more refined version, a more presentable one meant to suit the foreign pallete too. The food and cocktails were exceptional, and the service was just as good. Very fresh food, didn't get sick! The seafood and non seafood menu were both tasty.
To think of it, since it was 4 of us, we ordered quite a lot of food and they were served very quickly. Almost all which we have ordered are really delicious. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant as well. They were even considerate of allergies if any, as i remember them checking with us when we ordered seafood dishes. Overall, My family really enjoyed themselves here and everyone was stuffed!

Charming
Normally, I don't do touristy and this happens to be a place full of white people and Vegan options. And silly reasons to charge excess for simplest of things. But this was also a time when i was taking a break from local eats and do some comfort and familiar food.
Phin coffee has a charming garden setting. It is located in one of the many thin alleys. There is something very beautiful about houses in Hoi an. The place is well versed with tourist needs and tastes. I had their avocado toast with tofu scrambled. It was a decent brunch along with their signature coconut egg coffee. Very creamy and delicious. Another time I came by fro smoothie bowl with fresh fruits and apple pie. Its a Lovely place with Greta options on the menu. Difficult to not like it. Pricey though but alright once a while.

Our recent trip aboard Royal Caribbean's Ovation of the Seas to Alaska was nothing short of spectacular. This state-of-the-art ship offered an incredible blend of luxury, adventure, and breathtaking natural beauty, making our Alaskan cruise a truly unforgettable experience.
From the moment we boarded, it was clear that Ovation of the Seas is a marvel of modern cruising. The ship's sleek, contemporary design and extensive amenities set the tone for an exceptional voyage. The staterooms were spacious and well-appointed, with large windows providing stunning views of the Alaskan landscape. Our balcony room allowed us to enjoy the pristine scenery in privacy, a feature we highly valued.

Amazing 🌈 Seven Magic Mountains Outside Las Vegas

The pleasant surprise in Normandy
I tend to do france in regions and explore them well. While the more popular places of any region have plenty said about them and shown on social media. So many times you know what you're getting into or what to expect. Then there are places you didn't consider but suddenly they feel doable for whatever reason. What's more is when you come there, they pleasantly surprise you. Well, that's exactly what Bayeux is in my case.
This little city in the heart of Normandy felt so friendly, lively and refreshing. It offers plenty to see and do. And now to think of it, I think Bayeux makes for an excellent base for exploring Burgundy. I spent 3 nights here during which the weather was lovely, it stayed warm in the noons, and got cooler in the nights. Being a foot traveller, i loved that everything was within walking distance. Plenty of options in restaurants, bars, bakeries and places to stay. The bayeux museum and the D Day Museum are worth a visit. I strongly recommend Bayeux for those who want to getaway from the big cities and find a more relaxed place for holidays with plenty to do. #myhiddengems #bayeux #france #summerdestinations #normandy #100waysoftravel #beautiful #europe
An assortment of spectacular
#myhiddengems
A trip to the isle of skye has many things in it. From medieval castles, picturesque village, jagged mountains to a distillery and bridges. It has garnered a reputation ove the years and that is why it features on many must do lists when visiting scotland. A country that already features on my top 3 accents of the world list.
Irrespective of the weather or if you are doing it on a day or two of organised tours. The sights are going to be spectacular. Also for the nature and outdoor enthusiasts there are some very nice hiking opportunities here. Atleast the ones I managed to do, the likes of Quirang and Old man of the storr. were absolutely rewarding with views and surprisingly also a decent amount of wild life. More famously the funny/cute looking hairy coos, the sea eagles and red deer.
For those with a strong visual memory will also realise or have that feeling of seen it somewhere. The thing being that this place has been a filming site for many epic movies in the last few decades. And it makes sense as they fit the setting of those movies. Moving on, the magical fairy Glen can be found on the West side of Trotternish at Balnacnoc, Uig. One of Skye’s most famous attractions, are the Fairy Pools. They are a series of pools with crystal clear water. Surrounded by the Cuillin Mountains by Glenbrittle, this stunning spot is definitely worth visiting.
A personal favourite of mine is the Neiste point. Probably the best spot for sunset or even dolphin watching as some people pointed out when I was there. Then there are several more points of interest depending on how much time you have. You could always end your day by relaxing over drinks in a nice and quirky Scottish pub. Their music is so fun.#myhiddengems #scotland #isleofskye #100waysoftravel #summerdestinations #beautiful #solotrip #explorer
An iconic city
#myitinerary
During my trip to this part of the states, it as able to squeeze out two nights of stay and half a day before catching a bud. New york is the kind of place that no amount of days would feel sufficient. Because there is always something new happening and something that gets left out once you return home. I've had multiple trips to NY during my early years and it was the same.
In terms of itinerary I'd like to share my thoughts. If you do a bit of planning and decide what’s important for you to do and see, you’ll have plenty of time to visit your favorite tourist attractions and then some more. To help simplify, there are 5 areas of possible interest in NYC. That is Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens. Most of the places you have probably heard about and are interested in seeing as a first time traveler are in Manhattan, the most central area of the city. Manhattan might not look huge on the map, but once you get here you’ll see the importance of carefully arranging your 2 days in New York City Itinerary. Let's start with:-
Day 1 - Start with the Brooklyn Bridge, then head to the statue of liberty. Make sure your ferry tickets are booked in advance as they sell out very quickly. And have your best pair of shoes on, the statue of liberty experience involves a climb before you are rewarded with a brilliant view. Next up One world observatory, Edge, the high line. And finally the NY times square. You could also squeeze in the occulus. Uber will be your best bet in some situations. You can even cover the Broadway show if you are efficient with your day.
Day 2 :- Should mostly include the Empire state building, Grand central park, Washington park, Soho, the Rockefeller center, the metropolitan museum of arts etc. Take a ferry ride from Uptown Manhattan to one of the many popular downtown neighborhoods to sip a great cocktail or cheers to a successful trip. There are several ferry stops connecting all the East Side of Manhattan, Brooklyn and parts of Queens.
It’s the best way to see NYC from the river without having to pay for an expensive river cruise.

Magnificent Architecture
#citydaytours
Located by the Danube River, Budapest, the capital of Hungary is a treasure trove of culture, history and natural beauty. It is renowned for its beautiful architecture, the very relaxing thermal baths and flavorful food. The city draws thousands of travellers from different parts of the world.
From the travel perspective, what was refreshing is that most people we interacted with in the tourism and hospitality sector had a decent level of English. This ensured easy help and information. Many restaurants provided English menus as well. What wasn't refreshing was the number of British tourists, I should be more specific English men and young adults purely here for stag parties and other such openings.
Anywho, speaking of costs. I think you'll find Most of Hungary to be quite affordable. Budapest fares well compared to other European capital cities. Budapest is a great city with a lot of character. Its Eastern European roots always show through — its stately architecture, silently dignified, and comparatively quiet main streets — but you don’t have to look hard to find the city’s fun-loving spirit. Whether it’s a collective of street food trucks in a park, the psychedelic Szimpla Kert bar, or yes, the famously cheap beer prices, it’s hard not to fall in love with Budapest.
As for the sights, the Hungarian Parliament Building is a true architectural marvel with its Neo-Gothic design. Whether or not you decide to go inside for a tour, the largest building in Hungary is certain to impress. Just next to it, by the river, is the memorial sculpture Shoes on the Danube. The installation, which is made up of 60 pairs of metal shoes, pays tribute to the Hungarian Jews shot along the river bank by the fascist Hungarian militia during World War II.
The Dohány Street Synagogue is both a museum and memorial to the Hungarian Jews who were murdered during the Holocaust, and a testament to the thriving Jewish community in Budapest in present day. This second part is evidenced by the lively and colorful Jewish quarter, which is home to many shops and restaurants, as well as some of the best bars in the city. Other than that you will find St. Stephen's basilica, Gellet thermal baths and Buda castle as a great way to spend time in this lovely city. #citydaytours #budapeshti #Hungary #Beautiful
