Xi'an, an capital of 13 dynasties ✨️
China's ancient capital for 13 dynasties, Xi'an is rich in history and culture. It's a fantastic place to visit if you like dressing up in hanfu; you'll see other tourists wearing them everywhere, even on the subway and at restaurants!
The old name for Xi'an is Chang'an (長安), so you'll see lots of photospots and souvenirs with this name.
There are lots of Halal eateries available (look for the sign 清真); most meat is beef or mutton.
Must-eats: Roujiamo (肉夹馍) is delicious, and biangbiang noodles literally slap! 🍜
The Terracotta warriors is a must-visit~

Following the Black Myth Wu Kong game, Shuilu Temple.
For fans of the game Black Myth Wu Kong, today I had the opportunity to visit Xi'an and bring you some pictures of the Lantianshui Lu’an Bisu Museum. If you remember, this place is featured in Chapter 3 where we fight the Yellow Eyebrow Demon. The statues of the three Buddhas can be seen in the scene where we meet Maitreya Buddha before entering the painting to fight the Three-Eyed God. I must say, the real place looks incredibly beautiful and sacred. Inside, there are carvings of Buddha, Bodhisattvas, and various deities. If you visit Xi'an, I highly recommend stopping by. It's free to enter.

emersive after noon walk in Xi'an old town
Xi'an old Town and wall
the old town of Xi'an is located right in the center of the city, it is not really what it sounds, most buildings are new and the area is very big but it's a very nice area to walk around and enjoy the local culture.
Accommodations: I would highly recomanded to be neer the south gate of the wall, the area is very nice, lots of streets to explore and it is walking distance from the market of the Muslim quarter which is a must
food: you have to try a few things in Xi'an
1. maybe Xian's most famous street food is the 肉夹馍(ròu jiā mó) it's a flat bread filled with meat, you can find it in many variations, with pork, with beef, in a crispy bread, in a flat simpl bread... just try them all, they will never be the same!
2. BB面 - the BB stands for Biang Biang, it is too complicated charictores for the phone so this is how they usually write it, it is one very long wide noodle freshly made and cooked served with some local spices. they should make the noodle itself right when you order it, that will be a sign for a good place is you see them do that.
3. cold noodles: Xi'an have a variety of cold noodles served with soy sauce, vinegar, peanut sauce and a few veggies. very refreshing and nice quick dish to have
