People's park is a wonderful urban park located in the Luohu district on the west of Shenzhen city. It's one of the first parks in Shenzhen, established in 1983. What is interesting is that here you can find one of the largest rose gardens in China. With more than 50,000 flowers of over 300 cultivars. This park is a popular tourist destination during the flowering season from early December to late February. Also, the hill in the park offers a panoramic view of the park and the city. Chamonix, France is a resort area near Switzerland and Italy. It sits at the base of the highest summit in the Alps, Mount Blanc. When we finally made it to the top of the mountain, we were greeted with snow and fog. On a clear day, you would normally see massive peaks and breathtaking views of the town below. The first sight of Camogli will leave you speechless, and the town cannot not leave a lasting impression on everyone. Over the last few years this colorful seaside town has gained a lot of attention beyond the usual suspects like Manarola, Vernazza, Riomaggiore, best known as Cinque Terre. The town itself lies on a small bay with incredibly blue waters. A huge wall of colourful houses (something very typical in Liguria) stands over the black pebble beach. One of the best things to do in Camogli is to walk around the small marina and alleys, while tasting a slice of its signature focaccia, a delicious flatbread seasoned with olive oil and melted cheese. Dubbed as one of beautiful pedestrian bridges in the world, this so called "Saloma Link" was opened in February 2020. How to reach Saloma Bridge? Lorong Raja Muda Musa 3 (Kampung Baru Side) and Jalan Saloma (KLCC-Ampang side), this scenic bridge took nearly 2 years to complete. Align at Kampung Baru LRT Station for access from Kampung Baru side. For KLCC side, walk pass Public Bank, turn right into Jalan Saloma when you saw NZ Currry House. The entire bridge just 69m but it is so beautiful with architecture design inspired by Sireh Junjung (betel leaf arrangement). Sea world. I have been feeling very clearheaded lately and what I want to write about today is the sea. It contains so many colors. Silver at dawn, green at noon, dark blue in the evening. Sometimes it looks almost red. Or it will turn the color of old coins. Right now the shadows of clouds are dragging across it, and patches of sunlight are touching down everywhere. White strings of gulls drag over it like beads. It is my favorite thing, I think, that I have ever seen. Sometimes I catch myself staring at it and forget my duties. Hidden Tower. On the 20th of January 2020, My friends and I decided to take an in-city trip to Tianducheng; aka The Paris of Hangzhou. This was right after our exams and it's all we needed at the time, distance. The main attraction is the tower itself, but the surrounding area is also stylized to sort of match a French theme.
