A bunch of us went fishing along the seawall in Suva, and the cool thing is it’s right in the middle of town but in a nice secluded area where it’s private enough to sit and fish peacefully but also is in a path where just enough people walk by, making it feel safe. It was my first time ever going fishing and I managed to catch my first fish which was so exciting!!! Although it was the only fish I caught in about a whole hour of sitting there, the actual act of fishing was so relaxing and peaceful- good for my mental. I highly recommend fishing at this spot behind Thurston garden because it’s safe, it’s comfortable, has good breeze, and you get to meet a lot of great people who pass by as you fish. This location is also really convenient because it’s close to the shops and to the main road. Instead of going to malls or parks why not do something different. Head out to the waters and do some fishing instead? We rented a boat and spent a day out fishing at the islands of riau Indonesia. The entire trip was a 2 day 1 night trip to batam where we had a 1 night stay over. Some rental package consists of fishing equipments with baits, the boat which will bring you out to sea and back(approx 4 hrs) and also water and lunch from 80-100 per pax where some company has limited number of people to go. All the kids were inside the pond trying to chase and catch the fishes and all were so happy! You are also able to bring the fishes home if you wish or let them go into the pond. Joined a fishing tour in Portugal, 75€ per person (at least 2 persons) for 4 hours fishing, the crew will show you how to do it in case you have no experience just like me 😅 It was a good moment especially the weather was great ☀️ It’s my first time fishing, had a bit seasick but the crew was nice, provided me sparkling water and some snacks. Very tranquil spot with lovely dunes. The weather in October was 26 degrees and the sandy beach was amazing.There were many people surfing on one side and on the others side of the lake, many were fishing. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is a market with local produce. An unusual experience in Jeju! I could hardly find any review about this place but still proceeded with this fishing village. It was really fun!!! Fishing with Hilman Sport Fishing in Maldives with my husband. We caught yellowfin tuna, trevallies and the best fight of my life was a 60kg White Tip Shark that left me with muscle ache for 2 days! It was totally worth it and while moving to the fishing spot we saw Risso’s dolphins, the largest species of dolphins that eats tuna!
