Very damp room. The wall above the bed was soaked. Seepage? It had soaked the pillows that were against the wall. I had to put them out to dry on the balcony (with 30° outside, it was fortunately quick). Anyway, it's not very good for your health. Bathroom sink, unusable: wedged between a wall and a pillar, the sink was 20 cm (4 inches) wide, with a mirror at the bottom, 50 cm (20 inches) away. You could barely slide your head in to get closer, but not your hands. Try shaving! Otherwise, very professional reception staff.

Booked 3 rooms. This is Hong Kong tiny room with 2 double beds 1.5m. Nice and clean. Beds are comfy. Very limited space. If open the luggage cannot walk. No wardrobe, just some hangers. Only one issue was the shower water coming out to the toilet bowl area flooded wet, cold and slippery. Location is convenient and easy travel around by tram, bus and MTR. Convenient for shopping and eating. Just need to cross super busy roads. Front desk staffs were friendly welcoming. Overall satisfied.

Stayin at 606 room. The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night. And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma. Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly. Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.

This hotel is just ok. Not worth the price and the rooms have mold damage on the walls. If you want hot water you had to discover a switch on the wall. View out the window was dismal. I would stay again because of their location at the right price only. Nothing north of 400HKD

The place is very nice and I am satisfied the room designed with beautiful decoration. The room size is fully enough space for 4 people and also provide 2 washrooms. I would like to recommend family with kids going there. I believe they will have an enjoyable night living there.

I liked the hotel and I would visit it again. Pros: great location! It is located in an interesting place next to the subway, but you can't hear the noise from the street. There are many cafes and shops nearby. A great location to explore the city. You can take a bus from the airport directly to the hotel. The room is a good size by local standards. There were 2 adapters for local electrical outlets in the room. Cons: there is no refrigerator in the room, and the safe did not work. In the 3 days that I was there, they never cleaned up. There was no hand soap and water was leaking out of the shower. Overall, I liked the hotel. It was nice and clean inside.

I start with the positive, hotel location was fantastic, stone throw away from everywhere. Near to train station and many shopping & eateries. Room was OK size. After many experience traveling to Japan, any room sizes are acceptable 😅. Room comes with small pantry. With sink & microwave. Hotel doesn’t provide daily drinking water, and some basic toiletries necessities. Understand that was due to the govt regulations to curb usage of single use plastic. But in my opinion as a service industry, this regulation should not be a reason for a hotel to charge if a guest requires it. There are many ways to provide this instead of single use. They provided shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in a big refillable bottle. But only provide on small lotion for my 3 days of stay. Worse still when I ask for more, I was told to pay extra. Like hello? How does paying for lotion help curb the usage of single use plastic?! Why not provide a big bottle for my 3 days stay? If I paid for 3 nights stay shouldn’t I be entitled to get 1 small tube a day? Since a small tube is only sufficient for my one night stay for 2 person? I hate to say this but obviously this hotel is not prioritizing your comfort during your stay.
