It is required to redeem the ticket at the kiosk . It is advisable to arrive 30 min - 1 hour in advance to get in line for the bus to the upper deck . There was only one stop for disembarkation for 5 min near the government building, the rest of the sights passed without stops. What I like on this attraction is they put a lot attention on the details of almost all miniatures on display, with some have a bit of humour included. Best to come on a weekday and late afternoon/early evening before closing, no queue and at the time I came in I am the only one on the venue. There are 2 light shows inside which is a plus too, and you might not notice an hour was already spent. There are some challenges to do with friends and family.
