Today, the case often is that price appreciation happens on private markets and as a result, tokens get dumped to public markets with phantom pricing. So what makes an offering "fair"? We've identified 5 key principles that set Fair Token Offerings (FTOs) apart. Our calendar features projects that embrace at least one of these principles.  1. Accessibility: Is the token offering open to regular investors?  2. Reasonable Valuation: Does the token price appreciation make sense?  3. Supply: Is at least 20% of the token supply freely circulating?  4. Liquidity: Is the secondary market exchange and date published?  5. Transparency: Do we know who's behind the token offering?
