Additionally, both buyers and sellers are waiting to see potential policy changes following Mr. Trump's assumption of office at the end of January 2025 before finalizing import plans. Import price outlook for next week: China: PE and PP prices are expected to remain stable, while PVC prices may stay steady or rise slightly by $5/ton. SEA (Southeast Asia): PE, PP, and PVC prices are forecast to remain unchanged or decrease by up to $5/ton.
