Recently, at Davipharm's factory office in Bình Dương, we held an insightful session to evaluate the final ideas of the 8th Kaizen Program 2024. This year, the program welcomed 21 outstanding improvement projects, focusing on key areas such as enhancing the working environment, boosting productivity and quality, reducing energy consumption, minimizing environmental emissions, and improving workplace safety.
