Cắt giảm nhân sự: Bài học từ "Upstream" và góc nhìn pháp lý Trong phim Upstream trên Netflix, Cao Chí Lũy – một nhân viên tài năng – đã viết phần mềm tối ưu hóa nhân sự cho công ty. Nhưng trớ trêu thay, chính phần mềm ấy lại khiến anh cùng nhiều đồng nghiệp bị cắt giảm. Công ty chỉ bồi thường 300.000 NDT thay vì 700.000 NDT như đáng lẽ phải trả, buộc Lũy phải hòa giải vì cần tiền gấp cho ca mổ của cha. Tại Việt Nam, cắt giảm nhân sự vì tái cơ cấu hoặc áp dụng công nghệ không hiếm gặp, nhưng doanh nghiệp cần tuân thủ chặt chẽ Bộ luật Lao động 2019: Lý do hợp pháp: Chỉ được thực hiện khi có căn cứ như tái cơ cấu, thay đổi công nghệ hoặc khó khăn kinh tế. Phương án rõ ràng: Ưu tiên đào tạo lại hoặc chuyển vị trí cho người lao động. Trách nhiệm hỗ trợ: Người lao động bị cắt giảm cần được nhận trợ cấp mất việc làm hoặc trợ cấp thôi việc theo quy định. Issue of October 2024 – New Regulations on fire prevention and firefighting for enterprises On July 10, 2024, the Ministry of Public Security issued Circular No. 32/2024/TT-BCA (“Circular 32”), amending Circular No. 149/2020/TT-BCA (“Circular 149”) dated December 31, 2020 of Minister of Public Security elaborating the Law on Fire prevention and firefighting and the Law on amendment to the Law on Fire prevention and firefighting and Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP (“Decree 136”) dated November 24, 2020 of the Government elaborating the Law on Fire prevention and firefighting and the Law on amendment to the Law on Fire prevention and firefighting and Circular No. 08/2018/TT-BCA dated March 5, 2018 of Minister of Public Security elaborating Decree No. 83/2017/ND-CP (“Decree 83”) dated July 18, 2017 of the Government on rescue operations of fire brigade.
