Giới thiệu về chúng tôi
About HEINEKEN Vietnam HEINEKEN Vietnam is a successful joint venture between HEINEKEN and SATRA (Saigon Trading Group). The company has a proud history of over 30 years – growing from the first brewery in Ho Chi Minh City in 1991 to 5 nationwide with over 3,000 employees today. We take Vietnamese people on our growth journey in the country. We are currently creating over 170,000 jobs across the value chain, contributing an equivalent of 0.5% of Vietnam’s total GDP to the local economy and are among the country’s top taxpayers. A relentlessly innovative company, we combine international expertise with the local know-how, and have been delighting Vietnamese consumers with a wide product portfolio for a variety of local tastes and drinking occasions, including Heineken®, Tiger, Larue, BIVINA, Bia Viet, Strongbow and Edelweiss. Many of our beers are innovations made exclusively for Vietnam and by Vietnamese brew masters. Sustainability and responsibility are the way we do business at HEINEKEN Vietnam. From day one, we have been committed to “Brewing a Better Vietnam”, and for 8 consecutive years 2016 – 2023, we have been recognized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) among the top 3 most sustainable companies in the manufacturing sector. Currently, 99% of the energy used in our production are renewable, and our breweries are sending zero waste to landfill – a goal achieved ahead of time as we have maximized circularity in production. We are also passionate about advocating responsible consumption and addressing drink driving in Vietnam, and have been investing behind Heineken® 0.0 to support the Government’s efforts in this area. 🏆 We are thrilled that Bia Viet, a brand of HEINEKEN Vietnam, has won Gold in the Beer & Cider category at the prestigious PENTAWARDS for packaging design, held in London on October 25. Developed by local brew-masters, Bia Viet honors the solidarity that connects Vietnamese people across the country. First launched in 2020, the brand had its visual identity refreshed last year – featuring all Vietnamese-recognizable elements including the Lac bird and the symbolic yellow star, blending modern tones of silver with traditional red. The new product packaging is also presented in a green bottle, enhancing the refreshing and premium look for Bia Viet. This Gold prize is the latest addition to Bia Viet's recent wins, including a Silver at the World Brand Design Society Awards, a Bronze at the Transform Asia Awards, and another two at the CreativePool Awards, which all together reflect the brand's commitment to innovation and delivering the best experiences to our consumers. #HEINEKENVietnam #BiaViet

Last week, HEINEKEN Vietnam joined over 200 businesses, from Vietnam and 12 European countries in the Green Economy Forum & Exhibition (GEFE) 2024. During three days, GEFE 2024 brought together governments and businesses in high-level discussions on sustainability, and showcased cutting-edge innovations and technologies in renewable energy, circular economy and sustainable agriculture, among others. Within GEFE this year, HEINEKEN Vietnam brought home the Green Business of the Year Award at the EuroCham Business Awards 2024. Leading to this grand award, we were also named among the two winners for Green Business of the Year Award by the Dutch Business Association Vietnam DBAV 🇳🇱 (DBAV). We were given a shout-out for our pioneering efforts in reducing environmental footprint, embedding sustainable practices into business strategy and operations, and adopting innovative solutions to drive sustainability at scale. Thank you EuroCham Vietnam for yet another successful event that foster connections, conversations and many potential collaborations toward a more sustainable future for all.
