Challenges in Decarbonization in Production and Trade 🌱 On the afternoon of October 21, during the panel of "Decarbonization in Production and Trade," HTV Television interviewed Ms. Dilan Celebi, Specialist Process Engineering of ZeCarb - Simplifying carbon neutrality, Messer Group. Ms. Celebi shared the significant challenges the production sector faces in decarbonization and the implementation of CCUS technology. According to Ms. Celebi, integrating CCUS systems into practice is not just a technical challenge but also requires strong support from multiple parties, especially the government. She emphasized that the government's role in creating a favorable legal framework and providing economic support is crucial. Only with a clear legal environment and encouraging policies can businesses invest in green technology and implement effective emission reduction measures. She also mentioned that, in addition to government support, close collaboration among businesses, researchers, and communities is necessary to share knowledge and technology. Only through collective effort and solidarity can we bring about positive changes in production and trade, aiming for a more sustainable future.
