🍀A Journey of Growth and Connection: Ella’s Business Trip to Australia 🇦🇺 "It was an unforgettable adventure," Ella Nguyen, PMO of the Home Ownership team at NAB Vietnam, recalls, with her eyes sparkling as she reminisces about her first business trip abroad at NAB.  The trip was a whirlwind of strategic planning, team-building, and cultural immersion. "Our Strategy Day was a game-changer. We delved deep into discussions that would've taken ages over Zoom," Ella shares. "And getting direct feedback from our stakeholders was crucial for effective customer engagement." Beyond the professional aspects, Ella was touched by the warmth and hospitality of her team members in Australia. "They were so friendly and welcoming," she says. "They organized networking dinners, drinks, and many exciting activities to help us bond." One of her favourite memories was going hiking at Kokoda Track Memorial Walk (Victoria).  "It was amazing to immerse ourselves in nature - a fantastic way to relax and recharge after work. More importantly, this experience was a testament to the power of teamwork and perseverance” Ella admits. "The leadership's encouragement in person was truly inspiring. On my first day at the office, I was showered with recognition from the management team, which made me feel valued and supported," Ella shares. Reflecting on the experience, she notes, “To me, this trip was a journey of personal and professional growth. NAB Volunteer Day in Hanoi: A Heartwarming Look Back🤝🏻 Just a few weeks ago, the NAB Vietnam team in Hanoi embarked on a heartwarming journey of giving back. We volunteered at the Bac Ninh Provincial Center for Social Protection, where we painted classrooms, renovated the playground, and donated air conditioning units to enhance the living and learning spaces of underprivileged children there. Today, as we look back at photos of the children exploring their newly brightened environment with smiles on their faces, it's a powerful reminder of the impact we can make by coming together.
