Then, it’s about *discovery*, empowering teams to find the best solutions. Finally, *delivery* ensures value reaches users fast, leaving “fake agile” behind. - Empowered Teams: Collaboration between product managers, designers, and engineers drives usability, feasibility, viability, and value. - Product Leadership: “Lead with context, not control”, Strategic context empowers teams to make informed decisions. The meetup concluded with a Book Signing Session, fans of Marty’s work were thrilled to meet him in person.
