A Heartfelt Day at Elderly Loving Home Yesterday, our Ma Belle Care Committee had the honor of spending time with the beloved residents of Mái Ấm Tình Thương (Elderly Loving Home) at 18 Phan Tứ, Đà Nẵng. We prepared and served lunch, but beyond the meal, it was the warmth of the connections—sharing smiles, laughter, and moments of joy—that deeply moved us all. Along with our visit, we brought essential items like meat, shrimp, yogurt, diapers, and gloves, hoping to support their daily needs in some small way. While modest, we believe that even small gestures of kindness can bring comfort and warmth. Today reminded us of the simple joy in giving, and the value of time shared together. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day special. This figure reflects the unity, cohesion, and trust that our team members have in voco. It will serve as a significant motivation for us to continue improving our work environment and advancing further. Listening to Employee Suggestions & Solutions: Management actively listened to numerous employee contributions regarding the work environment, compensation, and operational processes. Practical solutions were proposed to ensure that the atmosphere at voco Ma Belle Danang remains friendly and effective for everyone. Updates from Departments: • F&B: Continues to enhance service quality, providing a unique dining experience for guests. • Finance: Maintains a stable financial flow to support long-term development strategies for the hotel. • HR: Together, we reviewed the notable activities over the past 3 months, including skill development training programs and the Giving for Good initiative.
