"In today’s era, technological revolutions are rapidly transforming the economy, lifestyles, and culture, deeply impacting the artistic environment, including architecture. Architects are now faced with new demands from the social context, client needs, as well as solutions in design organization and applied technology. On the occasion of the Hung Kings Commemoration Day, XMA & LAVA are pleased to present a proposal for the Viet Tri Administrative Center, developed in collaboration with DCCD in 2021. Viet Tri is the ancestral land, the birthplace and origin of the Vietnamese nation. The city of Viet Tri is a typical urban area, closely linked to the national development process. The city encompasses two world-class intangible cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO: the Worship of Hung Kings and the unique Xoan Singing of Vietnam. This proposal for the new administrative center of Viet Tri is inspired by its nickname "City at the Confluence of Three Rivers", where the Red River, the Lo River, and the Da River meet. The architectural complex also draws inspiration from cultural elements such as the crowns of the Hung Kings and the motifs of the Lac Viet culture. Located at the convergence of historical and cultural elements that shape the Vietnamese people, the new administrative center is also expected to create a modern urban architectural appearance for Viet Tri that matches its status and location, while ensuring harmony between development goals and the preservation of cultural identity. #xmarchitect #lava #xma #Viettri #administrationcenter #lacviet #HungKings

XPH HOTEL GFA: 14,300m2 Location: Hưng Yên, Vietnam Designed to 5-star standards, this hotel is centrally located in the planning area, serving to connect the surrounding areas and becoming a highlight of the region. The construction maximizes the view of the surrounding landscape. Thanks to detailed aerodynamics studies, the design not only ensures good air circulation throughout all spaces but also inspires the façade design of the hotel. The hotel is divided into two parts, with the lower section from floors 1 to 6 designated for public activities such as restaurants, conferences, and event organization. The upper section, from floors 7 to 14, is reserved for relaxation with quiet and private spaces. On the occasion of March 8th, XMA would like to present to all the women a white orchid flower. This design is inspired by the white orchid, a flower that symbolizes the local context itself. Utilizing modern design languages and materials such as tensile fabric, this design optimally enhances the use of garden and roof spaces, with a panoramic view of the lake and the performance stage in the center. After several months dedicated to shop drawing and construction, the facade of the Han Jadin Project, renowned as one of Hanoi's most intricate aluminum facades, is approaching completion.
