As an AI Engineer at Rockship, you will play a crucial role in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced AI models. You will work with our team to harness the power of AWS Inferentia, ensuring that our models are optimized for performance and scalability. • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for various applications.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability using AWS Inferentia.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our products.
• Conduct experiments to validate model performance and ensure robustness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Inferentia and other AWS AI/ML services.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of deep learning algorithms and architectures.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Publications or contributions to AI research in recognized journals or conferences.
