This must be the best second option ever. We booked at another place but were asked to pay double the amount we already paid. We called our agent who gave us Alf Leila wa Leiila as an option. We made the perfect choice. Plenty of activities for every one. Every thing about the place deserves 5stars. Would recommend and will be booking here again.

太好玩的酒店了！ 設施：啥都有！水世界遊樂場！吃的喝的都有！ 衞生：衞生一般,但是酒店好到忽略衞生了！ 環境：太棒了！到處游泳池 服務：表揚前台的俄羅斯美女，服務太棒了！希望官方看到給發雞腿！

Все очень понравилось, персонал начиная с ресепшена, чистота номера, вкусная еда, развлечения для детей! Еще вернемся)

推薦吧、床單枕套不是很新、還可以吧。畢竟含三餐、就不能太挑剔、有時候是400多人民幣、我們訂的是677人民幣、後幾天是225人民幣？這這這價格太過山車了。哦、泳池5點結束。晚上很安靜。

Absolutely love this hotel, but the vibe is changing Having stayed at both this hotel and the Jungle Aqua park a number of times PickAlbatross Resorts I’ve been amazing and we have absolutely loved our stays at Alf Laila wa Laila. Having said that the new project of Neverland seems to be taking over everything Alf Leila used to be a beautiful retreat unfortunately now it is turned into an extension of the bigger park and far from the break used to be has now turned into a bit of a manic hotel. Such a shame as we absolutely loved it as it was. The central area linking the two hotels has expanded to become more like a theme park and the chill vibe has been lost

I really recommend this hotel! The rooms are really modern and very clean. You have a lot of restaurants. Also the staff and animation team are amazing especially Fatma, she is a very kind and warming person who’s always in for a talk. I will come back for sure!

We stayed at Pickalbatros Alf Leila wa Leila Resort in Hurghada from October 29 to November 1, 2024, with my wife and our 9-year-old child, and it was truly an amazing experience! The hotel is part of the incredible Pickalbatros Neverland City, which also includes Jungle Aqua Park Hotel and Neverland City Hotel. Guests at any of the three hotels have access to all the facilities within Neverland City, offering endless entertainment options. Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The three themed restaurants—serving international, Italian, and Asian cuisines—provided delicious meals during the main dining hours. Throughout the day, there were plenty of food options available around the pools and in the Aqua Park, ensuring you’re never far from something tasty. The Aqua Park was a highlight of our trip, with an incredible range of slides suitable for all ages. The midway rides and the VR gaming area were also fantastic and added even more excitement to our stay. The nighttime shows for both kids and adults were entertaining and well-organized. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged, including football, padel, tennis, billiards, and mini-golf. For those wanting to enjoy the beach, Pickalbatros Dana Beach, a sister hotel, is easily accessible via a convenient shuttle bus service. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant waiters. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. This resort is a perfect destination for a family vacation, especially if you have kids. It was our first time here, and we are already planning to return soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and fun-filled holiday! Disliked · There were a couple of things to keep in mind. First, make sure to keep the doors and windows closed to avoid mosquitoes. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to watch out for. Also, the hotel is not directly by the sea, so if you're looking for a beach experience, you'll need to take a the shuttle.

We really enjoyed our one-week vacation here. The rooms were really clean and the drinks and food were also very good. The hotel is huge so you have so many different restaurants and pools. The waterslides were also all really different and so much fun. Perfect for couples and family’s. Also a huge thanks to the amazing staff and animation team for always being so nice and friendly. We will definitely recommend this and come back! Thank you for the great time! :)

Amazing service, food and weather. Swimming pools are super heated and clean. Valery from guest services was polite and helpful. Room was clean and nice pool view. Neverland show was very very professional and super music Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant all inclusive holiday for families with young children. There are many pools heated and not, plenty of food and a wide choice of different cuisines. The water park is very child friendly and well maintained. Staff are kind, polite and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful week, we shall come back real soon

Everything was incredibly enjoyable. The animation team was exceptionally friendly and made us feel like part of a family, ensuring that we had a great experience. They engaged with us warmly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, all the other staff members were equally kind and dedicated, going above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Their collective effort made our experience truly memorable.

Excellent hotel everything there to entertain kids and adult. Normally don’t write reviews but this hotel excellent service by staff make me write the reviews At the reception Ahmed mekky any issue he try his best to sort it out asap. He always greet you and very kind and polite top guy. He made our stay very easy and pleasant and of course memorable. Food very nice in the Asian restaurant chef call Azad Singh make us feel like eating home food every day he take care about our dinner. And at the pool lifeguard Hassam make kids feel very safe he never get tired. Always entertaining kids.all the staff very kind and train. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for good time
