Bel hôtel mais chambre lugubre, pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Infrastructure et piscine très agréables. Cependant la propreté laisse à désirer… Les draps de la chambre était plein de sang en arrivant. Ils sont venus nous les changer rapidement après notre demande. La moquette de la chambre était également très abîmée. Les repas sous forme de buffet n’étaient clairement pas à la hauteur des autres hôtels que nous avons eu la chance de faire auparavant. Choix variés mais peu de goûts, insipide… Attention, les taxes et autres ne sont pas inclus dans les prix écrit sur la carte des boissons. En bref, un rapport qualité prix inexistant. Cet hôtel est trop cher par rapport à la qualité des services proposés. Néanmoins le personnel était très agréable.

酒店很大 各種設施齊全 有漂亮的花園 游泳池 SPA 還有兩間餐廳 view挺不錯的 但是 可怕的事情發生了 在酒店餐廳用餐 當晚腹瀉 一晚上八九次 吃了葯才緩解

在斯里蘭卡又一家嚴重踩雷的酒店……簡直都要懷疑自己的判斷能力了……完全不敢再預訂酒店的情緒一度在我內心翻騰………是我個人智商估計判斷力的崩盤……性價比最低的酒店！沒有之一～～～這個價格完全可以預訂好很多的酒店～～我預訂的價格是1900左右……簡直是這個價格的零頭都不值………用華麗的騙照來矇騙我～～最生氣的是我還真的信了………🥲攜程上放出的照片的設施根本不在同一棟樓～～這個酒店哪裡都是關着燈，昏暗的樓道，空無一人，半**的感覺真的很糟糕……環境就像國內90年代初企業領導療養院那種～～材料全部很廉價～～吃飯用力一點按在桌子上桌子都會移位…………如果價格匹配的話我都覺得是自己想省錢而選的，我願意接受這個情況，畢竟不能要求太多～～但是我是花了一定的價格這個情景就讓我覺得上大當的感覺了……而且房間隔音超級差……隔壁説啥都聽得見～洗澡也聽得見……這個價格可選的真的很多，而且最好選粉紅郵局附近～～……唉真的悔青腸子……經歷一天的路途顛簸可以去到舒適的酒店會讓人心情好很多……超級不滿

住了兩晚的金嶺還是很不錯的，酒店位置在山坡上，窗外的景色非常美，温度也要低好幾度，時常下雨，去粉紅郵局和總督府都很近

Nice and lovely Hotel, perfect location. Nice, spacious and clean rooms overlooking mountains and local farmers Service is TOP and people are so attentive. Heated indoor pool. Sackville resto bar is really beautifully set. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet. Lots of choice. Fully recommend

It is a very beautiful property located on the main road easily accessible. The hotel had all the facilities that you will want including heated indoor swimming pool, gaming room, spa etc. We stayed there for two nights, we loved their breakfast spread and the dinner buffet. They staffs were friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful Hydrangeas garden and a grill restaurant. We loved the rooms and the view from the balcony. Also the heating facility in the room was cozy. Highly recommended
