Amazing find in Sanya, right by the beach , decent room, communal kitchen area and the most amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Service and communication was excellent, too.

Amazing place to stay ; the location is super convenient but it can get noisy due it’s proximity to the beach : it’s a very active beach with many activities, helicopters and water sports with music from morning to evening but other than that the place is great with amazing and helpful staff

It was nice but these days they have some construction in the building, so we could not sleep well. The reception man was polite and nice

Location is good. Room is little, half sea view from window. Nice terrace, very good sea view from terrace. Service is so so. Cleaning personal was annoying. She was disturbing us before 12 pm , we felt she was doing it on purpose.

Good location, a couple of minutes to the beach, but it's very noise with the traffic and people doing activities using loud speakers all day. The man in charge is nice and solves any issue you might have quickly. Close to many bars and restaurants, gets quiet during the night, maybe because of the off season period I went, but an excellent place to stay during your Sanya trip. Room it's big and comfortable, clean and convenient, no complains.

Great homestay! The terrace has the best sunset view in Sanya Bay, and the beach is just across the road. The room is a bit small but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Sanya.

設施：設施挺好的，電視是小米的有會員能看很多東西，熱水器也一直有熱水，Wi-Fi 速度也可以 衞生：看着挺乾淨的 服務：老闆很好説話，服務態度很不錯 最最重要的是躺在床上就能看到半個三亞灣，坐在飄窗看海景也非常不錯！樓下就是海灘，離海邊非常近！

位置非常好，在樓上窗户可以看到椰夢長廊的海，很適合度假居住，在屋裡看大海，心情舒暢。我第一次住這樣的地方，感覺不錯。民宿，價格合理。老闆還可以推薦純玩一日遊，愜意。

Идеальный бюджетный вариант на первой линии у моря. Боковой вид из окна на море, просыпалась с лучами солнца. Очень хорошая общая терраса, где можно сидеть и наслаждаться видом. Хозяин отеля приветливый, заселил меня поздней ночью. Очень понравился отдых

服務非常周到，有求必應，面對大海，視野開闊。設施有些老化，可以適當改進一下。

很驚喜的一次入住，前台給升級了房型，有一個大露台，在上面可以看整個三亞灣。這次運氣不錯，在露台上看到了日落。

第二次入住，老闆態度是真的可以，服務也不錯，可以看見海喜歡，下次還來

衞生乾淨，住在小區內，比較安靜。小區出門過馬路就是椰夢長廊，沙灘🏖️海水，附近有公交站，超市，以及餐館等。老闆很和藹熱情，主動幫忙等。房間兩室一廳一衞，特別是廚房，廚具齊全，碗具都備，直接從附近超市市場買回食材開幹，更適合自己動手豐衣足食或攜家旅行者。唯一缺點硬件設施較舊，但住是沒問題的，畢竟價格在那，性價比高。浴室的水易流向緊臨房間（自己實驗後建議用點紙巾在浴室門前攔截一下，就不會流出來了），浴室地面太高與外面幾乎一樣平，排水不暢。建議老闆浴室門前將一小遛瓷磚位置建成排水槽引入下水道就可解決問題。
