We have all of the details below to solve this mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
How To Solve The Bulls of Blood Mystery
There are a lot of nooks and crannies in the Cappella, and you'll come across a lot of fascists along the way. As you explore, you'll find letters, postcards, and even a Skill Book. However, some of the notes aren't what they seem and are actually pointing you toward a mystery hidden inside Castel Sant'Angelo. Luckily, once you pick up one of the notes, it will show you the general area where the secret is on the map, as you can see below.
Finding the Red Bulls Card and Russo's Note is the biggest tell as to what the puzzle is, as the notes state that the Janitor should be told to clean the passage next to the fireplace. There are a couple of fireplaces in this vicinity, but there aren't many, making it easy to narrow down. Additionally, it talks of two bulls meeting. Once you find the room it's in, it becomes glaringly obvious. There are two bull picture frames on either side of where the door would be.
To be able to open the door, you have to have the brown pulls on the top rather than the bottom. You can do this by rotating both paintings. It doesn't matter what order you do it in. Once you've done that, the door will open, and you'll be able to uncover The Bulls of Blood's secret and solve the mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
