New Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Attraction Webpage Debuts

A new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure attraction webpage has debuted on the official Walt Disney World Resort website.

With ride previews underway, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has received an attraction webpage ahead of its June 28 opening.

In addition to featuring pertinent information about the new attraction, such as the opening date, height requirement, and the attraction’s audience, the webpage is much more stylized and colorful than other attraction webpages on the Walt Disney World Resort website.

Yet, despite plenty of colorful images and concept art, there are no images featuring the inside of the attraction. To see what the inside of the attraction looks like, check out our full-ride POV.

The webpage highlights characters that guests should expect to encounter while on the attraction. One section titled “See Familiar Faces” features images of Princess Tiana, Louis the Alligator, Mama Odie, and Prince Naveen.

There is also a section titled “Make New Friends”, which highlights the Zydeco Band, the Rara Band, and the Afro-Cuban Jazz Band.

In the only photo of the attraction, a group of guests plummets down the final drop. The image sits above a headline that warns guests that they should “Be Prepared to Get Wet.”

The webpage also gives thorough instructions for how guests can experience the attraction when it opens.

virtual queue will be in place when Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens on June 28, 2024. Guests will need to use the My Disney Experience app to enter this attraction. A standby queue will not be available during the attraction’s initial opening days. Each Guest can request to enter this virtual queue no more than once per day during regular park hours. Learn more about the virtual queue for this attraction.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure also features a Lightning Lane entrance that’s offered through Disney Genie+ service (subject to availability). Learn more about Disney Genie+ service.

At the bottom of the webpage, guests are informed of other attraction-related offerings around the resort. This section highlights attraction-inspired food, including Tiana’s Famous Beignets at Golden Oak Outpost, and Tiana’s Gumbo at 1900 Park Fare. There is also a notice that shopping at Critter Co-Op will be available soon.

The Tiana’s Bayou Adventure webpage description of the attraction is as follows.

Embark on a thrilling journey with Tiana and jazz-loving alligator Louis as they traverse winding waterways to find critter musicians who can jam out and entertain at Tiana’s southern soiree.

This musical adventure crescendos with a 50-foot drop that leads you to the grandest celebration this side of the Mississippi during Mardi Gras season! 

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is scheduled to open in Magic Kingdom park at Walt Disney World Resort on June 28, 2024.
