The year 2024 was full of challenges and new developments for us. Right from new product launches and awards to plugin updates, collaboration, and team expansion, with every little step, we have learned something new.  Let us take a look at the year 2024.

New developments

Focusing on the good part, let us first find out the new developments that the WP Event Manager team has witnessed during the year:

1. Introduction to WP Food Manager

WP Food Manager was an idea that the team had been working on for long and it finally took shape of restaurant management software at the beginning of 2024. It was WP Event Manager’s first step towards the food industry to help restaurants and eateries of all sizes to enter the digital world. The team geared up for WP Food Manager and started attracting clients after introducing it in the market. Our developer’s team worked in full swing to improve and strengthen its features and service expansion. Currently, it offers services that include:
  • Restaurant website building and branding. 
  • Marketing and SEO.
  • Online ordering and delivery. 
  • Table reservation facility. 
  • An app for restaurant managers and more.
We are still working on it to introduce new services and facilities.

The year 2024 has also brought collaboration opportunities for us. Thanks to WordCamp 2023, we have found some amazing partners in this journey. Challenges

Challenges teach us lessons that help us throughout our life on the path of growth. Like every year 2024 also brought us some challenges overcoming which was truly a great feeling. Let us explore them.

1. Coping up with the growing competition

The event industry has become extremely competitive and to stay ahead of our competitors we are constantly working hard to improve and innovate as much as we can. Thankfully our hard work paid off and we have been able to impress our clients with regular plugin updates, and feature enhancements.

2. Managing work pressure

Our team members have dealt with immense work pressure due to our new projects. Besides handling multiple projects, they have successfully trained the new joiners and helped them kickstart their journey at WP Event Manager. We are glad that we have been able to maintain a positive work culture even when we were in pressure.

To conclude, we could say that 2024 for WP Event Manager was a mixture of growth and challenges. At one side we have expanded our brand with WP Food Manager and on the other our team handled work pressure very swiftly. The best part of 2024 is that challenges have come in our ways but we have somehow managed to overcome that.
