The AC output port can only charge or power devices that operate at less than 300W (SurgePad to 600W).

What kind of solar charger can charge this product?

Any 11-28V solar charger with a DC 7909 male connector.

How should I store and maintain the product?

• Turn off all outputs when not in use to avoid the battery from draining.

• Store in a dry and cool area.

• Check battery capacity each week. If the battery level is below 30%, charge the power station to 100%. Fully charge it once every 3 months.

What should I do before using for the first time? What should I pay attention to as I use it?

Charge your portable power station to activate the battery before using for the first time. Do not use with a CPAP machine overnight in Power Saving mode.

Why does the power station's battery drain even when no devices are connected?

When the AC and car socket control buttons are turned on, there will be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. To avoid this, make sure the control buttons are turned off or turn on Power Saving mode when not in use.

Not sure why there are no more 522s and only 521s. But glad I got mine, I bring with me in the car and so easy to power my work laptop anywhere I need to be. I doesn't seem to get charged quickly like my powerhouse 767 but that is Ok.I love Anker!

I’ve been using mine EVERYDAY for the past month. Perfect for flying with if you travel.

Great power supply for 120vac testing. Just watch the inrush. Even if you have a power supply available, this won’t trip your breakers. GFCI‘s would trip on any kind of normal testing but this thing bypasses the ground pole. Literally have another being shipped to me right now.

It started out well, but after draining the battery from 85% to about 57%, it couldn't get past initial start up. So I guess I won't be drinking hot coffee during a power outage. It's a shame.

This little power bank has been one of the best devices we've used all summer. It does take a fair bit of time to charge, but it'll power small devices or charge your rechargeables with ease. The display is clear and easy to read. We've used it camping to power a small fridge/cooler, charged phones, run fans, and I've even used it to power a karaoke system at a cookout, but my favorite thing to do with this is to power my portable movie projector. I take my sons, my truck, a portable screen, and the projector and we find a nice out of the way place to kick back and watch a movie under the stars. It's small and slightly heavy, but not overly cumbersome. We're heading into our cold and rainy season so I'm sure I'll find more ways to use this in the near future. Also worth noting, it doesn't come with a solar panel, but it is solar panel compatible. I plan to add one before spring, when we'll be back to "living" outdoors.
