My employer gives us these Cue kits, I tested positive yesterday but when my boyfriend tested 3 times each kit said 'invalid' result. I then tested today - again same result, the Cue did a software update which may be broken but this is not uncommon that their kits do not work. Very expensive and when you report their kits broken they do not replace them for free. Waste of money - and called use to go to US agents but now you get an agent either in the Philippines or voice mail. Quality of kit and agents has gone down dramatically in the past 2 years - do not buy!
