The product is a genuine Apple product. The fitting is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time & adjustable. Excellent sound quality. I absolutely love the color options available.
The product comes with a wire charger and a case. Seems to have long lasting battery life (at the time this review is listed... We all know how Apple is 💀).
Overall, I love this product. The noise cancellation works perfectly, the transparency mode works very well, & high-fidelity audio is better than any other Apple AirPods product to date.
My only complaint is the material used on the over-ear part sounds horrible when they rub against each other. If you have sensory issues to fabrics touching/rubbing, I wouldn't suggest this pair... However, to me, it is worth it.

Spatial Audio is AMAZING for watching movies, Superb fit & finish, nice neutral sound
After two years of debating, I finally decided to buy the Apple Airpods Max after they dropped the MSRP and found them on sale for the first time. I'm normally a Bose guy and have three pairs of Bose (a regular pair w/O NC but punchier base, an older pair of NC’s, & a pair of NC700 which gI got with my 700 Soundbar, 700 Sub & 700 Surrounds)…I also own a pair of Sony 1000’s which I bought my Dad or watching Horror movies at night after my Mom has gone to bed at night.But the noise cancelling, fit and finish, nice neutral sound and the AMAZING “Spatial Audio” which will play Dolby Atmos while watching movies and videos (nearly all 4k UHD movies on Netflix work w/ dolby Atmos & Spatial Audio on headphones) blow all the others out of the water.The case is made out of leather(ish)? material, which is nice, but is almost too minimalistic and won't offer much protection in a fall. Luckily, there are a bunch of cheap hard cases all over the internet for $20 or less which is much cheaper than Apple’s version.Keep in mind I bought these mostly for watching movies but even if only use them for listening to music these headphones beat the competition all around. If you plan to use these while exercising I’d look somewhere else bc they are quite heavy and if you’re audiophile willing to spend $1,000+ on studio headphones (and the headphone amp & other accessories which usually cost more than the headphones themselves) these will not work as a substitution.But so far, I feel these headphones justify the higher price Apple charges even at the original MSRP of $599. A competitor even had a refurbished pair for $360! I plan to sell all but my Bose 700’s to pay for these bc only these two models will allow two pairs of headphones to be used at the same time while watching a movie.. and I take especially good care of my electronics bc Im on a fixed income and each purchase is a major sacrifice.I haventbhad them long enough to comment on battery life but connected to my iPhone automatically and walked me through the set-up process. A+++++

Calidad de material: la mejor! En serio la mejor. En comparación con Bose la posicionaría en #2 y Sony #3, pero si son mucho mejor en calidad estos.
Audio: diría que si, los mejor así mismo en comparación con la competencia pero es cierto, les falta un poco de base & muy poquito más de volumen. Pero se escuchan muy bien aún así.
Yo escucho de todo, pero ciertamente me enfoco más al EDM y si les falta un poco de base, pero no se escuchan mal. En demás géneros son claros, son fuertes, se escucha muy bien.
Con el Spatial audio son perfectos, pero no planeo describirlos por qué hosta mente tienen que ir a escuchar que esto para los que no saben qué es, vayan a un Ishop y pruébenlos o Apple Store los que tienen opsotunidad
Dolly Audio que es recientemente nuevo en apple mucis si se escucha el cambio. Recomendado
Active Noise Cancellation: la mejor de todos los audífonos en mi opinión, muy de cerca con los Sony.
Soy médico, y me sirven bastante para leer y aún sin música, la cancelación de ruido es excelente. Ahora con un poco de audio de lluvia, piano, de concentración o demás son aún perfectos.
Si se te calientan las orejas después de 1 hora, pero actualmente vivo en un lugar frío y no me molesta o ya me acostumbre.
Con ecosistema apple son perfectos, poder cambiar de dispositivo a dispositivo & el modo de transparencia es perfecto para escuchar a los demás pero tengan en cuando que con ese modo si noto una reducción en la calidad de música.
