The brush is made well with very little shedding. I'm not a fan of the removable handle as it can slide off quite easily, I prefer to use it without the handle anyways so it's not a big deal for me. I bought a medium brush, I would recommend for anyone with normal skin. I have sensitive skin and it can be a bit abrasive on my shoulders and arms although it's fine everywhere else. The face dry brush is amazing. Does it help with cellulite and circulation? I'm not really sure. Does it help with dry skin? Most definitely! I have eczema and would get dry patches on my face and stomach, but since I've started dry brushing I haven't had a single one. Would recommend!

Love the facial brush as well! Perfect size for the face. I ordered the medium bristles so make sure I don't press to hard. I will indeed make both processes a part of my regular routine!

My skin has gone from normal to drier over these past years, so I’ve been on the l for a quality exfoliation solution. When I heard about dry brushing before a shower, it seemed right up my alley.

I will admit that any product that promises to “release toxins from the body” immediately raises red flags because it sounds like snake oil, but after further research into how the lymphatic system works, I’m happy to say in this case, it’s the real deal. The lymphatic system is supposed to move body waste through your system, kind of like the bloodstream, only it’s not connected to the heart. Ideally, getting your body moving would do the trick, but some of us have been spending a lot of time doing things from home for the last year and a half 😬
Not to worry, though, because that’s where this brush set comes in.

The set comes with the dry brush, a handle to extend the reach of the dry brush, a small soft bristle dry brush to use on your face, and a pair of exfoliating gloves to wear in the shower or bath after your brushing routine, and a canvas travel bag for storage. It has almost everything you need, and at this price point you can afford to spend a little extra on the good moisturizer.

I did give the softness of the brush 3 stars, but that’s only because I got the medium firmness kit. And did I mention there are vegan options for those of us that would rather let the boars keep their hair?
