This treadmill is so awesome and I amSo happy with it! It works fantastically, was easy to install, and what I love most of all is the speaker great quality and so loud. I created a basement gym and I am adding a bunch of machines and equipment because my gym closed during Covid, I put a lot of weight on and I am not finally getting back into it. Summer is coming and I want to get back in shape. There is also a remote control which is awesome and I just hang it on the side rest when I am not using it.

poor quality..seller won't accept return for broken product

Came in with broken protector and screen. The side rail was broken, didn't want to risk turning it on due to fear of further breaking the product or harming myself. Asked for a refund, seller delaying the return label while trying to convince me to keep defective product by giving me a discount. When I pay for a new product, I expect it to be in mint condition and working out of the box. Do not want to run through hoops to make it working.

I love this product, BUT it arrived with several scratches and the phone holder snapped off far too easily (perhaps I was just unlucky). It is also heavier than I expected, but it does fit in small spaces and connects seamlessly w/Alexa and Bluetooth.
