Great when it works
Im not my first momcozy monitor set. I got one for my first kid and loved it. When i had my second son, we decided to get another set but with two cameras so we could place one in the living room. After a couple of months one of the cameras no longer works. It either shows a white screen or says camera disconnected. When I remove the camera and re-add it, it will work for a minute or two then disconnect again. I tried to swapping the cords around but it has the same results. Just disappointing because I really liked this set to begin with.UPDATE: Momcozy swapped out my defective camera for a new one. I changed my review to 4 stars because, although I had a faulty camera, I do appreciate them helping me so quickly. I worked customer service for a large retailer and dealt with many electronic manufacturers. Sometimes things happen and products are defective but it really matters how these manufacturers help their customers and uphold their warranties. There are a lot of big name brand electronic and appliance manufacturers I will not purchase their products because I have seen the way they treat their customers (and the retailers stuck in the middle.) But Momcozy is not one of them. i will continue to purchase their products and recommend them to family and friends.

It’s exactly what I was looking for. Clear, easy to use, wide coverage. I returned a different brand to try this one out and it is perfect. Batter last a long time and the delay is not long at all. Very happy with the performance so far.
