Q: Can't feel suction or have zero or very little output?

A: The maximum suction power of the existing breast pump is 40kpa, the international standard requires that the suction power is not greater than 40kpa, in order to protect the mother's breasts and capillaries, so the body will feel the suction power is small. If you are using a new device, please make sure that the machine is working properly and that you have selected the appropriate mode and gear.

Q: How to ensure proper heating for S1&S1Pro?

A: Please check the exposed metal surfaces where the speaker cover and main unit are connected for dirt, and check the exposed metal probes of the main unit for ingress; try to reassemble to make sure the port connection is in place; assemble the bottle and the horn cover together first, you need to push the heating horn cover terminals inward firmly at the position with characters in order to press them to the bottom, and then assemble the main unit to the above bottle assembly. Please press and hold the on button for 12s to reset and reset the device.

Q: Attention for charging.

A: You can choose a charging method: charge the breast pump with a 2-in-1 magnetic charging cable or charging case.Recommend 5V/2A or higher current rating adapters; charge the pump fully before initial use; it won’t operate while charging. After pumping, please separate the pump hub from the milk bottle and wipe the pump hub to prevent leakage.

Q: Can I use the microwave to heat and sterilize the eufy Breast Pump?

A: No, DO NOT sterilize the pump in the microwave because it will damage the pump's components, making it unable to function properly. (To ensure optimal suction, sterilize all washable components by either boiling them for 5 minutes with continuous stirring or steaming them for 5 minutes prior to the first use. Make sure that the duckbill valve, flange tunnel, diaphragm, and pump hub are all securely sealed.)

Q: Where can I get help on usage?

A: For a smooth experience, you can join the eufy baby & mom care official Facebook group to get peer supports and more tips & tricks from lactation consultant.

Good suction, inconvenient cleaning/spare parts

Good suction, inconvenient cleaning/spare parts
Update: this company provided STELLAR customer service getting replacement parts for the damaged section. I still wish some convenience factors were different but I have not had such responsive support from many companies so I'd support them on future purchases. This is my first and only BP so I have nothing to compare it to, and this product has potential but I would not pay full price for what I consider a beta model. Suction seems great for me and highly adjustable; I get good output and it's pretty comfortable. Also, the app is pretty user friendly if that is important to you but the only feature I saw value in was the ability to differentiate each pump's suction mode/rhythm. I have issues with convenience. It's easy to not get your nip position right and since you can't see the milk catch from above your bra, you won't know if you've wasted 20 min of "pumping" and need to reposition + start all over. Also, there can easily be milk leaking down the bottom of the intake if you don't have firm compression from a bra, but if you get the position + good compression right, it's magnificently fast and efficient pumping!) The heating element has been a constant issue: I had to contact customer support after 4 days of use because I kept getting flashing error lights for the heating pins. Nothing would work until support advised a system update .... This requires setting up an account and downloading the app to your phone. I am suspicious of this, so curious if others had the same "issue." Then today the heating element pin basically malfunctioned and fried itself - I think a charging issue?? I've had the heating element get extremely hot, i.e too hot at full temp to touch breast skin - i get a red mark where it lies if I can even get it to lie flush but you have to get it *perfect* inside the bra to do this. I will try to get a replacement part but they never have any available. You cannot bend over without milk pouring out of the spouts; they do make plugs to prevent this but it's an after-sales accessory and it's NEVER in stock 🙄 This model is inconvenient for cleaning or charging. They want you to manually clean the parts every time and sterilize with boiling - no dishwasher or microwaving, even for the basic plastic parts because it will degrade them faster?? Sorry but no one has time for this. And the inside of the milk catch seems to develop a weird film that is thick and tactile - it doesn't come off even with dish soap and a bristle brush. You have to take vinegar and manually scrub it off. I don't think this is worth $240 - the heating element has been more trouble than it's worth. I'd go with the basic one or wait for them to update/upgrade this one with the heating element in v 2.0. I hope they will make the next version compatible with USB-C charging cords instead of the proprietary magnetic ones. (The magnets do work great, but if I lose this cord, how will I replace it? Their shop has little available for replacement parts, so I don't even know how I'll replace the duckbill valves - only the diaphragms are available the past month.) This is weird because customer service through the Amazon seller interface has been pretty decent, and the parent company is Anker, so I expected better electronics and parts supply chain.)

I saw these on sale and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did because these are awesome! I'm a mom of 4 so I stay busy, overproducer that exclusively pumps due to latching issues for baby, and have dmer which causes anxiety during pumping. The heat on these help so much with the dmer that I don't dread pumping everytime plus I have so many more letdowns with it. I respond to these faster than I have any other pump and it's a more comfortable pump than even my spectra which I previously claimed as the best! I get the same amount as with my spectra but even faster which is awesome because I don't have time to be anchored to a wall and most likely couldn't stick with it for a whole year especially around the busy holidays. The suction on these pumps are strong! The highest level I use is a 4 but usually a 3 and the max mode is my favorite! This pump comes with everything you need. I worried the charging cable would be difficult to connect but the magnet is strong so it's really easy to connect them even one handed. I keep heat on for the entire pump maxed out so that drains the battery pretty quick. I generally get a little over an hour and a half out of battery life because of this but I usually just charge them after the second use so they're always ready to go. I use the fridge method (rinse after pumping and refrigerate) and it causes no problems with the heating. It's nice because it warms it up quickly out of the fridge which I'm sure I'll love even more this winter! The things I don't like as well are; The app is great to use controls so I don't have to look down my shirt to change settings if I want but it does bug out sometimes. I clear the app off my phone and it's fine when I open it back up. I wish the heat had the option of turning on for the whole 30 minutes of pump time instead of just 15 minute at a time. It has the plugs you can buy to keep them from leaking if you bend over. I bought them but they still leak as medium-fast droplet so it's never completey leakproof. I have never had issues with it leaking because I'm not bending over that far while pumping so I rarely use them anyways. I do prefer the legendairy milk flange inserts over the ones that come with these but I use these a lot. I wish they had the option to buy the charging case by itself incase after buying the pumps you decide you want it. So far I haven't had much regret over not having the charging case but I may change my mind around the holidays when i'm pumping on the road a lot. I would definitely buy these pumps again if something happened to them because now I couldn't see myself pumping the next 10 months without them I love them so much! I will update if I change my mind about these.

Holy. Cow. Literally, because that’s what I feel like these days… I wish these had come out before I ordered my other wearables through my insurance, because these are already my favorite pumps and I just got them today. And I’ve owned many pumps (exclusive pumper multiple times).

I know not every pump works for everyone, but a vacuum/technology company infiltrating the baby market was such a great move. I use the Spectra S2 as my main pump. It works well in terms of output, but as someone who has sensory overload issues, the vibration quite literally overstimulates me. Makes me want to hurl the pump across the room and quit pumping altogether. For this reason, I’ve been reaching for my Baby Buddha 2.0 as my main. I typically use it along with the LaVie lactation massagers for the heat. I have vasospasms and also use the fridge hack, so I use the LaVies at every pump. For added mobility and no tubing, I use the Willow Gos.

I thought I loved my Willows. I only use them when I’m out for short periods, but I could’ve sworn they were by far the best wearables. And then it happened. In the middle of the night, I was overtired, overstimulated, over everything. I broke up with my Spectra, switched to the Baby Buddha as my main, and said, “I wonder if there’s a better wearable, too.” One thing led to another and I cheated. I’ve had these for only one day so far, but the settings are so much more customizable than any other pump I’ve used. The suction is also strong. I’d go as far as to say that I’d feel okay using these as a primary. They are the most comfortable, most beautiful pump. Although they’re pricey, I justify the price as I’m still saving more by pumping than if I quit and switch my baby over to formula. There’s also pricier wearables on the market. I guess all this is to say that these pumps are worth every penny.
