      I've always liked Panasonic products and I have been waiting for their TV's to be available in the US again. The picture quality and color is excellent and the sound out of the TV without having to add a sound bar is pretty good.

      I find the user interface much better to use then from the 8 year old Samsung I was often frustrated with.

      I'm very happy to have a Panasonic TV again.

Picture is great, really crisp, contrast is fantastic. Upscaling of 1080p content is superb (not so much standard def). Tons of setting options(maybe too much? Nahhh!). The REAL star of this TV is the sound system-5.1 surround with Dolby Atmos. Music, You Tube Videos, concert dvd's-especially blu-rays & 4K's-sound like you are at the concert/taping. FANTASTIC! NO need for a sound bar. Great job, Panasonic.
      PS Amazon unpack service was excellent-WELL worth the extra cost: set up & unboxing helped save me a couple of hours of possible frustration!

      We've only had this TV for a week, and it's been a real pain. We had to unplug and restart it multiple times before the initial configuration process would even start. Just turning it off didn't work. Amazon online chat was WORTHLESS. Within 5 minutes they offered to give us a refund. We got tossed around to 5 people before we just gave up. Finally, it's set up but still occasionally hangs up and can't link to a source (that we've already used). Again, only solution is to literally unplug it start over.

      All that said, once it's on, the picture is fantastic. I know Panasonic is trying to get back into the US market, but I think so far Amazon software is ruining their re-launch.

      One more note. The packaging on this TV was the most wasteful bunch of plastic I've ever seen. Maybe all TV's a shipped this way, but wow, sooo many styrofoam blocks.

      I mainly use my TV for video games and watching movies and shows. It handles gaming very well even with a 120hz refresh rate, it’s very smooth. Colors are bright and movies / shows with dark scenes do very well. Overall very happy with this OLED TV

      I did a fair amount of research. For the price this is a great TV. Only downside is the built in speakers are not very good at all. You will need to buy a soundbar (unless you don't care about sound quality).
