• Platoon DJ is available by invitation only, and we may use publicly available information to invite you to create a Platoon DJ account.
• We collect personal data to create and maintain your Platoon DJ account and Platoon DJ profile.
• We may also collect and use your bank account and tax information to pay you for your Mixes and comply with legal requirements.

Creating an Account

Platoon may use publicly available information to invite you to create a Platoon DJ account.

To create your DJ or Mix Supplier account on the Platoon for DJs Platform, you will need to use either an Apple Account or Google Account. In addition to your Apple Account or Google Account email address, we will collect your first and last name, and your preferred professional name, if any.

DJ or Mix Supplier Account Profile

Once you create your Platoon DJ account, we will use the personal data you provided to generate your Platoon DJ or Mix Supplier profile. You may choose to provide additional information for your profile, such as links to your social media accounts, but this is entirely voluntary. Platoon uses the information in your profile only for the purposes of providing services that you have requested and as required to administer your Platoon DJ account.

Adding New Mixes

If you add Mixes to your account, Platoon collects information about the Mixes that you have added, including the title of your Mixes, artwork that you choose to add, and the content of the Mixes, as well as information about any fees payable to you. You can request that your Mixes are taken down in accordance with the terms and conditions of your agreement with Platoon at any time, but Platoon may continue to process some Mix information in order to meet our contractual obligations or as required to comply with applicable law. Once a Mix is deleted, all information associated with the Mix will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Payments and Accounting

In order to be eligible to receive fee payments for the Mixes that you upload to Platoon, you will need to provide your bank account information, including the account number, account type, routing number, the account holder’s name and address, and the account country and currency type. Depending on your country of citizenship, you may also be required to complete certain tax forms and provide Platoon with other information needed for tax collection and reporting. Platoon will use this information only to pay you and to comply with applicable laws. Any Platoon user who has access to your profile on the Platoon for DJs Platform for administrative or other necessary purposes (such as to support the processing of payments) can view the revenue tab, which contains your financial information. You can review your contract with Platoon and current bank account information at any time by going to the Legal section of your Platoon account.

Communicating with Platoon

If you have questions about Platoon, you can contact Platoon support at djmixes@platoon.ai. Platoon will use the information you share, including personal data, to process your request.

Platoon may send you communications that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of receiving these messages by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message.

Non-Personally Identifiable Data

Platoon collects non-personal and aggregated data about your use of the Platoon for DJs service, including information about use of the online platform. Platoon may use this information to improve Platoon products and services and for marketing purposes.

Other Information

Platoon will share information about you and the Mixes that you upload to Platoon with our global Affiliates, including Apple Inc. in the United States, to analyze your use of the Platoon platform and for payment purposes. Platoon may also share information about you and the Mixes that you upload with certain third parties you are affiliated with (such as Mix suppliers) for business purposes.

Platoon will retain personal data associated with your Platoon DJ account for as long as you maintain your account. Your account information is removed upon your request that your account be deleted, unless we are required to retain it under applicable law.

Applicable Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

We process your personal data in Platoon DJ generally for performance of your contract with Apple, as necessary for providing the service, and to comply with our legal obligations. Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, we seek it in accordance with applicable local law.

Where applicable local law provides, we process personal data as necessary for purposes of our legitimate interests or those of a third party, in order to:

• Send you communications about Platoon that may be of interest to you
• Process payments you are eligible to receive
• Prevent fraud and other malicious activity
• Comply with applicable law

The data used includes:

• Details about your Apple Account, such as your email address
• Your usage data, such as information about the mixes you upload

At all times, information collected by Platoon Ltd and its global affiliates, including Apple Inc., will be treated in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.apple.com/privacy.
