本文所稱 Apple 關係企業指適用 Apple 隱私權政策的獨資實體。除非本文件另有說明，或相關服務適用之條款與細則另有規定，並視您所在地點而定，「Apple」可能包括：
- 就北美洲、中美洲與南美洲 (不含加拿大) 和美國領土與領地，以及法國和英國在北美洲、南美洲與加勒比海地區領地的使用者而言，係指地址位於 One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, California 的 Apple Inc.。
- 就加拿大或其領土與領地的使用者而言，係指地址位於 120 Bremner Blvd., Suite 1600, Toronto ON M5J 0A8, Canada 的 Apple Canada Inc.。
- 就日本使用者而言，係指位於 Roppongi Hills, 6-10-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-6140, Japan 的 iTunes K.K.。
- 就澳洲和紐西蘭 (包括所屬島嶼、領地及附屬管轄區) 的使用者而言，係指地址位於 Level 3, 20 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia 的 Apple Pty Limited。
- 就不丹、汶萊、柬埔寨、斐濟、寮國、澳門、馬爾地夫、模里西斯、密克羅尼西亞聯邦、蒙古、緬甸、諾魯、尼泊爾、帛琉、巴布亞紐幾內亞、斯里蘭卡、所羅門群島、韓國、東加、萬那杜的使用者而言，係指地址位於 Ltd, 7 Ang Mo Kio Street 64, Singapore 569086 的 Apple Services Pte.。
- 就所有其他使用者而言，係指地址位於 Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland 的 Apple Distribution International Limited。
Apple 媒體服務與 iCloud
Apple 媒體服務包括 (若適用) App Store、Apple Arcade、Apple Books、Apple Fitness+、Apple Music、Apple News、Apple News+、Apple One、Apple Podcast、Apple Podcast 訂閱項目、Apple TV、Apple TV+、Apple TV 頻道、Game Center 和 iTunes。
