They gave the direction very clear. 3 nights at harbin, i am very thankful to find this stay. Family friendly place. They have everything you need (especially "BIDET") .. I run out the towel, then trying to ask the host, they send me the towel directly, no extra cost at all. Spacious yet comfy bed room.. my photos will tell everything .. I've got charged from the bank card when i made a payment, the host knew it and generously send me back the charged. Though i dont mind about the charged, but the host still sent it. Dear Host, i Wish you a very successful journey ahead, thank you for you kindness..

Atour Hotel Harbin Songbei Ice and Snow World heeft gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en biedt uitzicht op de stad in Harbin. Great hotel with everything needed (including laundry, gym), comfortable and clean rooms, helpful staff and amazing breakfast! I did not know the Atour brand before but I booked other Atour hotels after this very positive experience, they never disappoint.

Featuring free WiFi and an indoor pool, JW Marriott Hotel Harbin River North is only a 5-minute walk from Harbin Municipal Government Building. The hotel has a spa centre and sauna. If I could give the JW Marriott Staff a 20, I would. In addition to the normally high-quality service provided by Marriott, the staff was beyond excellent--from the front desk to the concierge to the staff throughout the hotel. They kept a special eye on us to make sure we were taken care of (we were the only non-Asians we saw there). We had such a fun evening with their free dumpling-making session on Chinese New Year, followed by a free Chinese New Year dinner and entertainment. They all made us feel at home. Although not located in a downtown area, the hotel is close to some of the more popular venues which are the reason folks come to Haerbin during the Ice and Snow Festival. The hotel offers a free shuttle several times a day to the Ice and Snow World, the Snow Sculpture World, the Siberian Tiger Park, and St Sophie's Church (which is the downtown area). A taxi back from each venue is less than 50 RMB (7 USD). As always, the Marriott breakfast buffet didn't disappoint with a plethora of food and drink offerings. I did want to mention one thing for which I commend the hotel staff. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi one evening and implored their help. They pulled their camera tapes, found the number of the taxi, called the taxi cab company and arranged to have the driver return the phone to me---an invaluable service since the phone contained my Chinese Sim card and I had 3 weeks left to go in China.
