The location of the hotel was perfect; just across the street from the airport. The staff were courteous and helpful. When I turned up late at night (a stopover during a long trip) even though they did not have my name in the register and did not know I was coming, they found me a room; the last one they had. the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. This is what you need during a long journey. I was not able to experience anything else as I had a. early morning flight the next day.

Struttura relativamente recente ma tenuta male (scarsa manutenzione) e non curata nelle pulizie. Tutto ciò la rende trasandata. Andrebbe valorizzata. Se non si hanno grosse pretese può andare (visto anche il costo). E' in posizione marginale rispetto Bruxelles ma se si è in auto l'accesso alle principali vie di comunicazione è veloce. Anche la vicinanza della stazione ferroviaria permette di muoversi tra le principali città in modo rapido e comodo. Buona la presenza di un supermercato a poche centinaia di metri dalla dtruttura.

La stanza è comodissima sia come servizi (bagno, cucina, ...) sia come posizione (a 5 min di autobus dall'areoporto). Zona molto tranquilla, ma squallida. Non ho ricevuto la email con i codici per l'auto check in. Ho dovuto telefonare. La persona che mi ha risposto mi ha aiutato immediatamente.

Mi serviva un hotel vicino all'aeroporto per raggiungerlo molto presto. Staff cordiale, check-in e check-out molto rapidi. Anche se la stanza si affacciava sulla strada era molto silenziosa. Stanza pulita, letto comodo e doccia piacevole con temperatura sempre costante. tutto perfetto.
