Our Host Mr. Ugain was professional in his customer services and made our stay very comfortable and arrange driver with Car for sightseeing in Bhutan. I am thankful to host for arranging special local Bhutan food dinner for us without any extra cost and also he upgraded our room. If we will visit Bhutan again sure we are staying in this property

Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. It was fun to stand on our balcony and watch the planes line up with the runway to land at the airport. The breakfast is filling and delicious. The location is convenient. We walked everywhere. The art in the hallways is like a mini museum. Tashi, who works the reception, is extremely nice and helpful. We liked it so much that we reserved three additional nights.
