They were very acomodating .i booked this for my daughter and son in law who got married that day and we needed early check so the groom could dress up there and they gave us early check and also upgraded our room for free for the bride and groom as they were staying the night there .so thank you to their team for making all this happen

Location was great for an early-morning flight out of YLW. Staff was super friendly, especially Nick at reception who solved a problem with the wifi in my room at 6:30am! Very clean & comfy room & the hot tub was nice right before bedtime!

Located 13.2 km from downtown, UBC's Okanagan Campus offers free WiFi. Everything! Check in process was so professional! Room was spotless clean and spacious. We took a 1 bedroom apartment with living room and kitchenette. The campus itself is very beautiful, located in Okanagon Valley. It was a great value of money that we paid. Our main purpose to take this accommodation was to show our high school daughter how the university dorms are. We found our stay very helpful.

Our room including bathroom was very well presented and very comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience at a great price

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, separate lounge room, bathroom, hot tub, outdoor sitting area and mountain views. Renee and Mal were great hosts, nothing at all was a problem. Renee offered lots of great suggestions of things to do around the area, all of which we enjoyed and some we would not have done without her input. Breakfast each day was different and had lots of things to enjoy. She also gave us a pack of a Tim Tams in case we were missing home and as an Australian these were really appreciated. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend it highly.
