Whenever I go to Victoria I stay here. Sidney is a nice little town with a number of coffee shops and boutique stores. The hotel is always very clean and the rooms are spotless. Everything works very well. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great! I have never had a problem with the staff as they are always friendly, knowledgable and courteous. The only minor complaint is that the provided breakfast is not very good. There used to be an associated restaurant that you could get a breakfast voucher for but it has closed. Good news is that the hotel is going to be setting up a proper breakfast area as they have been approved todo so. I expect to back in Sidney for sure in November 2024 and will stay here. A new breakfast area will be nice but since the hotel is so good it really doesn’t matter. I certainly recommend this hotel.

What a welcoming space this was after a long day of travelling. Darren turned this smaller space into a cosy and comfortable retreat; well appointed and equipped. We appreciated the little extras in the fridge to start our day off well.

Rooms are very nice and the whole place has an old world charm. We were very surprised when a basket of muffins, cheese and yogurt was brought to our room for the following mornings breakfast before we turned in, as well as an invite to have a glass of brandy downstairs. It was very quiet too!

Liquid hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap provided.

Fabulous location. Worked really well for visiting nearby relatives. Moments away from amenities but a quiet place to come back to. Also worked pretty well for setting up a work station to catch up on email and do a few calls.

Situé à 1,9 km de la plage de Lochside Waterfront Park, à 14 km du terminal ferry de Brentwood Bay et à 16 km des jardins Butchart, le Lovely Brand New Suite propose un hébergement à Sidney. The unit was great and in a great location. Having laundry facilities was great. The unit was located close to the Sidney harbour and shopping. Could walk to either from the unit.
