Dirty bedroom.
Dirty bedroom. Used chewing gum stuck to the side of the bed. Long hair inside the bed under the duvet and on top of the bed. Questionable toilet and bedroom. No information regarding parking. Sought help and team didn't help me at all. Declined my call and then texted me via an ai pictured WhatsApp number. Only to send me the same non helpful info listed in the email with house instructions. Wish I had known it wasn't a hotel but a house of multiple occupancy with Locks on the bedroom doors. No meet and greet. Nothing. Certainly not worth £81. More like 18.

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.

We stayed at this property due to its location in relation to Brunel Uni. Couldn't fault anything, if you need to stay in this area and want value for money, this property is for you. Great pub for food and drinks at the end of the road too.

This place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

failed to inform me of the cancellation of the accommodation after traveling 4 hours and arriving late evening I had paid in full and on arrival I was told the accommodation had been canceled saying the room works had not finished I then had alternative accommodation to find At a cost for a late booking . It took weeks for a refund and I was not offered a single complimentary offer . Will not use again

For travellers through terminal 4 Heathrow, that property is not the best. They removed £26 from my card instantly, in the nane of security deposit, as they sent checked In instruction. What is in the property worth debiting such amount? Now, 5 days after checked out they've not refunded my money! Booking.com did not alert me that the property would deduct such money before check In, I would have not booked it. It was an unpleasant experience in recent time❗️
