Everything was perfect. Honestly we didnt even hear the airplanes (even though the acommodation is like 100m from airport). House had cleaners everyday, breakfast was brought every morning. The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool was heated, we were glad that each room had a bathroom, we were able to wash the beach equipment , we had a barbeque (loved it) , the supermarket were 5-10 minutes to walk, someone came and changed our towels, close to airport, 20 minutes away from Oia with the car , very close to wine museum and Kamari beach

The shower was really nice, and there were some cooking utensils if you're staying longer than we did (one night with a late arrival). AC cooled the bedroom fast which was great. Set in Monolithos and only less than 1 km from Monolithos Beach, Studio & Villa Kocis offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!
