Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the airport. I had an early morning flight, and this was a great place to stay the night before instead of trying to get a taxi at 06h. Comfortable, clean, close to both a supermarket and a taverna.

This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. Featuring city views, THE HOUSE ON THE ROCK features accommodation with balcony, around 300 metres from Mill of Antimachia. Everything was perfect! Marianna and Pavlos are the best hosts ever! The accommodation is walking distance from the airport so it is the best option if you travel by plane. The apt was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy! It has everything we needed! We highly recommend this place for your stay on Kos.

The hosts Andreas and Phillipa were the most amazing hosts we could ever asked for! Usually you check into villas with a key box with no personal meet and greet- but not at Alta Vista! The hosts were ready to meet us at the property even late into the night after a 4 hour delay to welcome us to their beautiful home and more importantly show us around, tell us a little about the area and the property! It was lovely to speak to them and they could not have been more welcoming and informative, they felt like our bestest friends! The house is stunning- it really is luxury! Everything is clean and fresh and it smelt beautiful! Nothing is forgotten and every little personal touch that they have including the carefully selected decor made it stand out to any places we have stayed in Kos before. Following check in, we received a very detailed recommendation list from the host from local restaurants, beaches and things to do with tips and info on all of them!! The views from the house are also second to none and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday where to you can sit in a hot tub and soak in the beautiful Mountain View’s then this is the place for you. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay, the house really made it for us and we can’t wait to book again!
