Everything was just as it showed in the photos—very clean and new. The apartment has a style and is tastefully furnished. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. The items left for our welcome, such as water, wine, fruit, and cornflakes, were a thoughtful touch and made us happy. The location of the house is in the center of the island, and the distance to places to visit was very convenient. The host was very attentive, and communication was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. Absolutely amazing accommodation. Cozy, clean. The key was in the box with the code, so the delay of our plane didn't matter. Nice attention in the accommodation in the form of wine, water and juice and something small to eat. Definitely recommend.

The house is in a perfect position to visit all the island by car. Everything was clean and confort. It has a beautiful and quite garden. The host was very kind and was always ready to help us if we needed anything.

Great villa, excellent value for the money. The pool was fantastic, the rooms are full of light, the tennis court was great. Had a really hard time leaving the villa to visit the island, I would've stayed there all day. Words can't describe this villa 11/10

Heavenly retreat far from the crowds From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way! We arrived in the evening to be collected at the airport followed by drinks and food with the locals courtesy of Stelios. Having visited Kos before, this is our favourite part of the island. Practically next door to the airport and supermarket, perched on a cliff overlooking all of the best beaches on the island. Peace and tranquility with views down to the beautiful Island of Kastri and Kefalos beyond. If you fancy a trip to Kos it’s an effortless 35 minute drive, the island is small so nowhere is that far away. Kardamena is a 15 minute drive with multiple restaurants overlooking the small harbour. For the kids the water park is worth a visit, very good value, no queues and clean. For a 5 star beach experience head to Diamond Beach Life a 5 minute drive, cabanas, sunset cocktails and lovely food. Alternatively a 10 minute walk from the villa takes you to your own quiet beach, a great place for a picnic under the stars. The villa is even better than the pictures and nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and Irina who brought us a lovey breakfast each morning and kept the place spotless (essential when traveling with teenagers. Thank you Stelio’s and Ellie we will definitely be back!
