The location was fantastic - it was beyond convenient. The hotel was a 6 minute walk within the airport terminal. It suited my needs perfectly for a 24 hour stopover. Super close to the Airport Express train too.

They also allowed me 3pm check out and there was already a bus at 2:30 to take me to airport. Also, they agreed to accept the Chinese Yuan i had as my bank card was not working.

Perhaps because I was traveling with my fiancee for our last trip together before getting married, they upgraded our room to one of the suite rooms which made our experience even more unforgettable. (The total experience would have been just as pleasant had the room been not upgraded though.) The breakfast was delicious and we absolutely loved our time staying there.

The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery has a restaurant, seasonal out-door swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness centre and bar. We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith! Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal. Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay
