I was instantly contacted by the wonderfulItaly team and the residence manager for further details regarding check-in, reception, guidance and so on. The coordination process was smooth. The place was clean and fully finished with all the necessities for the kitchen, washroom, living room and bedroom. (Additionally before arrival i requested the manager to have a look at abc things because i read some shady reviews, and they really took care of everything in terms of toiletries and then washing detergents, and then check the hot water and lights and heating etc) It is peaceful, extremely quiet despite being next to Marconi Aiport. Although Transportation is a bit challenging from this location. There is a bus stand for bus 54 but we never managed to have it on time. Aiport is 25 minutes away by walk and that's what we did (a bit uneasy way to drag the luggage with us) for the city, again there is some 20 ish minutes walk to nearby towns and from there one can grab different buses and so on. Itsa bit isolated area, perfect if you have a car , otherwise the commute and groceries are challenging. Since we were working remotely and had 5 days of stay, we choose it. In case we were for city and tourism, we'd go for something in the city center.

Set in Bologna, 7.1 km from Saint Peter's Cathedral, Hotel EMI offers accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Very nice little hotel accompanied by a great typical family-owned Italian restaurant. I only had to stay for a night but the hospitality and the quality of the rooms made me want to come back. And that's even concerning that it's not close to the city and it is best suited for those who travelling from the nearby airport. The value for money is beyond measure. The room/apartment I stayed was very comfortable, big and made me question if I wanted to leave the next morning.

The host was extremely helpful, even meeting us at the bus stop where we got off to show us to the apartment. The apartment was perfectly located by a bus stop which could take us to the centre of Bologna in 15 minutes or the airport in 5 minutes. There was a great local restaurant and a groceries store within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, including a great coffee machine, very comfortable beds and air conditioning to mention just a few things we especially appreciated. Once again the host was amazing even letting us leave our luggage in the apartment after the checkout time so we could collect it on our way back to the airport.

Convenient location, walking distance to the airport and well connected to the city. Great little apartment equipped with everything needed, and even if, in the unlikely event the airline company loses your luggage (which is what happened to me!), you will not find yourself lost!
 Squeaky clean, modern-style apartment. Warm and cozy, you’ll feel like at home. Great private parking. Very friendly hosts, caring and super attentive to my needs. I cannot recommend this little gem enough! Thank you, Simona, for everything. You made my stay in Bologna very pleasant!

Set within the Borgo Panigale district in Bologna, casa ottaviano has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. The apartment is located one bus stop away from the airport (you can take bus 944, pay for a ticket with your debit card or buy a ticket from a vending machine, either way, its 1.50 euro), or about 20 min away by foot. We got in the apartment with exactly 0 issues and were instantly in love with it! There's a hidden bathroom masked as a wardrobe!! There's everything you'd need for a good morning - snacks, coffee, water, JUICE! The beds were comfy, the snacks - tasty, the coffee - strong. There are little notes explaining how to switch on the lights, open and close the shutters, operate the oven - so you don't have to sit and wonder how th to go out on the terrace. The host was very sweet and responsive, gave detailed instructions how to find the apartment, and answered messages promptly. I'd say that if we come around to Bologna again - we are definitely staying here.
